Pour les amateurs de vintage, style années 70...

Appart-hôtel vieillot peut-être à rafraîchir mais propre et raisonnable. Pas très loin de l'aéroport et avec arrêt de bus proche. Équipements suffisant pour un court séjour mais la télévision ne fonctionnait pas et ne pouvait de toute manière que capter les chaines espagnoles. Parking et piscine hors service!

La estancia ha sido muy acojedora, las habitaciones muy limpias y comodas. La unica pega que puedo poner es que en el patia habia algunas colillas amontonadas. El servicio al cliente es lo mejor.

El climatizador de la habitación era muy bueno, en ningún momento pasamos calor, la habitación era muy comoda. En la zona de piscina pondría algunas sombrillas porque el sol pega muy fuerte a ciertas horas y es difícil estar

INCONVÉNIENTS : 1) LES TAXIS c'est une vrai ARNAQUE MALGRÉ que l HÔTEL soit localisé à 5 MINUTES MONTRE EN MAIN DE L AÉROPORT il n y A PAS de COMPTEUR ils se sont tous mis d accord pour prendre MINIMUM 25 EUROS AUX TOURISTES POUR SE RENDRE AU CENTRE VILLE. "RIDICULE". QUEL ACCUEIL CELA DONNE PAS ENVIE DE RETOURNER À SEVILLE. 2)INTERNET PAS DE CONNECTION HAUT DÉBIT 3) hôtel loin du centre mais avec transports et magasins à proximité .

Great place for the money.

Room was very clean and spacious and had a microwave and fridge and some eating utensils. Close to airport but 20-25 min from Seville. Close to local restaurants. Real value for money.

Nice and spacious hotel

Hotel is great. Has stove, fridge and microwave. Spacious room. Booked for 2 days, stayed 4. Must have car. Bad check in experience. The night clerk that checked us in was very rude. He became loud in front of other guests because I did not have a Expedia voucher #. I told him I only had a confirmation email. I said that maybe he needed to contact expedia to solve the problem. He continued to yell at me and said that it was my problem to solve since I contracted with Expedia. When I picked up my phone to call Expedia he suddenly said he got what he needed from Expedia. After 50 minutes and around midnight we finally got a room. The other clerks were great.

very nice apartments but bit far away from centre. also, unfortunately people smoke in the corridors and lifts and I had trouble breathing at times! Very nice and friendly receptionists though, promptly willing to help!

Appartamenti belli,posizione comodissima per l'apt

Visto da fuori non sembra un hotel e la zona non è delle migliori (centro congressi) ma gli appartamentini sono molto carini, ben organizzati e molto puliti. Qualche stoviglia in più non guasterebbe. Con il bus, che passa a 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel, in una mezz'ora si raggiunge il centro: passa ogni 10 minuti. Comodissimo per chi, come me, cercava una soluzione vicina all'aeroporto causa volo all'alba: 10 minuti e sì è lì.

Good value and location.

Be sure to have the written address with you for the taxi driver, if you do not speak Spanish, because this is a relative backstreet in the outer suburbs. It is right on the divide between run down apartments to the north and well kept houses to the south. A good feature is a well stocked supermarket right next door. The cutlery and crockery is minimal, but cooking is easy enough. No detergent or scouring equipment was provided so bring some minimal cleaning material with you. I used the bathroom soap to make detergent, but this is not ideal. The cooling works very well. The swimming pool is a great feature. The desk staff had a generally adequate skill in English. I was attending the Congress Centre and it was a walk of about 8 minutes. There are a number of eating places in the vicinity. Bus and train are reasonable for access. Overall it is good value and pleasant.
