The cabin was filthy. You could see the dust and dirty on the walls. There was a layer of dust on top of the fireplace when I tried to figure out why the TV wasn’t working. I didn’t even want to touch it. There was not one smart TV in the cabin. Some didn’t work but would have 5 remotes by them. Unable to figure them out so we gave up. They did come out and say that one of the cable boxes didn’t work and replaced it with Roku but it didn’t really offer many options and the cable was not ideal. 2 of the TVs were old box TV’s. Dresser drawers would fall out into our hands so we couldn’t use them. The 3rd level shower head was practically falling off with no plug in the drain and the drain would not drain well so we were standing in the backwash of other guests. Disgusting. The second level bath spout was loose. Water pressure all around was poor. And the carpet throughout was dirty and worn. It needs pulled up for sanity and safety reasons.I honestly can’t believe no one else has commented on how dirty everything in this cabin was. The location in the mountains was beautiful, but the area is too busy. It takes 30-45 minutes to get anywhere in town. Half of our vacation was spent going back and forth from this location. It was very upsetting that Expedia messed up or original reservation in a 5-star brand new hotel and this is what we got. It was terrible disappointing. This cabin needs a deep cleaning and repair session.
