We have stayed here for several years, although I think that the ownership has changed, the quality has not. I highly recommend this motel. An extremely good value.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and clean grounds. Easy check in and out. Close enough to all attractions but out of the hustle of all the crowds. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, location was great. We did have an issue with our door locking when we went to leave the first day. Maintenance was out of town so they had to move us to another room but the staff was very nice about it and they did put us on the ground floor when we moved so we were excited about not having to climb the stairs anymore. Overall a good hotel for the price!

Clean room,it's an older place but they do provide towel service daily and clean any day you ask them to. Plenty of free parking,I liked the location a lot, minutes away from all the tourist places in Pigeon Forge. It's a basic motel that does have a pool but no extras like breakfast or a workout room. The price was very reasonable and way less then any other place I checked. I'll definitely stay with them next time.

Pros: price, location, relatively quiet Cons: Bed sheets were in dire need of replacing. Spots in the sheets were so clearly thin you could see your hands through them.

Older motel but exceptionally clean. Beds were comfortable. Forgot my hand massager and they contacted me by email since the didn't have a phone number. Picked up 4 days later due to trip arrangements. Halfway between Sevierville and Pigeon Forge made it very convenient and not in the traffic jam.

We booked this on a very short notice as we had planned to leave the area, but ended up staying. The desk staff was AMAZING to us. Made us feel right to home, asked if we needed anything. We found our room and we were stunned at how CLEAN AND COMFY it was. Best nights sleep we have had in days! The area was quiet and well maintained. Water pressure was perfect, towels were soft and clean and checkout was simple. Would TOTALLY STAY AGAIN.

We arrived and went into the office to check in. Staff were very friendly and check in was very easy. Our room was clean but it was different than what it looked like when we booked, but thankfully that wasn’t really an issue for us. Overall pretty clean and we didn’t have any issues. For the price I paid, I would definitely stay here again.

Our room was very clean and welcoming! Bed was comfortable although the pillows were a little thick. The room had everything you need - the shampoo and body wash were top notch! The unit's air conditioner was a little loud but kept the room cold. We would definitely stay here again when we need overnight accommodations traveling north. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
