Disliked: Room comfort, communication
We had no hot water the whole stay when I contacted them they took hours to get back to me and let me know that they couldn’t fix it and then say they will give me 35 return for it. Me and my children had to go our whole vacation without a shower this is the worst experience I’ve ever had.
