Vacations Close To Sevenoaks Shopping Centre

Drinks were way over priced in the casino compared to other places. Rooms dated not even a smart TV. They charge resort fees upon arrival. They also charged me twice for the fees. The staff member serving coffee and tea told me to go to the conner and get my own despite serving other guest. I spent over $1000 in the casino and was lucky if I seen my bet back a handful of times. Casino it's self is fun and lots of variety.

Great hotel and great location. "Breakfast Included" is really just a voucher for the restaurant next door so you still have to pay towards it, that was my only issue with the place - everything else was fantastic

This is an old historic building in downtown Vancouver. It is within walking distance to most of the popular sites including the cruise ship terminal. The hotel has an amazing eggs Benedict at breakfast and a lovely lounge to enjoy it in. There is a sports bar right there too. The menu looked good for the on site restaurant although we didn’t try it. The room is small but has modern touches. My only complaint is the height of the shower heads. I’m not a tall person but I found I needed to squat to wash my hair. We would definitely stay here again. (Review written by my spouse).

Housekeeping went above and beyond. Front desk staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The hotel is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The Honey and Salt restaurant had delicious food. There were many options for restaurants within the hotel. The terrace garden on level 6 was beautiful along with the rooftop hot tub and aqua lounge. The location is fantastic especially if going to an event at BC place or Rogers arena. The aqua taxi is accessible within a couple minute walk. It was a 10 minute walk to the Yaletown-Roundhouse station to catch the train to and from the airport. Would absolutely stay here again!

everything was just amazing. Clean rooms, very close to everything near by! Staff were very accommodating and very easy to communicate with. Me and my friends will be staying here again.

have some trouble when i check in, this all.
