Very good staff & room - poor breakfast!

Double privilege room was very comfortable, good bed and lots of space, including nice size bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful - really lovely people! They even brought two extra pillows to the bedroom at midnight. The only let down was breakfast. Cheap food items used and cooked breakfast options were limited - no fried eggs! Did not brave the sloppy solidified scrambled egg. Definitely not worth the £20 per head!

Food options were limited in the bar, my partner chose a curry for 18 pounds which just came out as a curry on its own, no rice, no naan or poppadoms. 18 pounds for curry on its own is a lot and there wefe no options on the memu to add any sides to go wirh it so we assumed it came with it all. Bed was very hard and you could feel fhe springs digging into you. Our room was near the entrancw to the gym and the pool so we were woken up myltiple times early in the morning for people accessing that

Nice overnight business stay , clean comfortable hotel good pool and facilities. BUT what made this trip was our host who checked us in Aurelie , what a fantastic lady who went above and beyond to help us , she really is a credit to the hotel and hopefully she gets some recognition for her hard work.

Good hotel all round

Excellent check in. Lovely room but it was cold heating didn’t work. No sign on the lounge bar to say it was closed and to use the other bar so people were standing there waiting for a while.

Needs a little attention

Service was good but the hotel and spa does need a little attention and a bit of money spent. Breakfast is good but did find the food in the restaurant a little expensive and your stay started to add up.

Was okay, was able to check in early but pool was out of use then when it was in use it was filled with noisy children having a lesson, not my ideal relaxing spa break intended No food served 9:30-10:00 and boasted room service however no one answered the call both days when trying to order

Enjoyable stay

Greeted by very friendly staff, all staff very helpful and friendly....we were offered choice of floor for our room...we had two card keys for the room...full free use of the swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, also the gym...any treatments were at 10% discount as hotel guest....our room was checked (bed made and clean towels) everyday while we were out....

£30 for 2 days car parking

The first shock was to pay an extra £30 upon arrival for 2 days car parking, I could of picked a different hotel with free car park. My room was above the delivery access, woke up by a reversing van and constant noise of a delivery van. The sauna door looked like it has not been cleaned in years, it may be given a quick wipe but the stains are years old, good temperature but lacked TLC. Nice spacious pool. Food rather expensive, but i think that is just normal for the area. would i stay again ? No
