Good location, with plenty of car parking, staff friendly and helpful. The spa service is great and reasonably priced compared to spa hotels. The one negative is the walls are thin and had a lot of noise, doors being slammed on my visit.

Had a great stay. They actually took their time to action my request which was so nice of them. My parents stayed here before in which they really enjoyed it so I came to stay after. Would definitely go back. Room also beautiful. The only 2 cons were they only offer Indian food for dinner, they should have a broader cuisine selection. Furthermore, spa & pool facilities are listed till 10pm, but was told to get out at 9.40pm which wasn’t nice.

We went for a relaxing spa. Firstly, the air conditioning wasn’t working in our room, one of the hottest days so far, was told they would check and in the meantime there was a fan in the cupboard. No fan, but a heater!! Phoned reception again to let them know and then said they would come back to me. Went to reception and we changed rooms which was a much better room anyway. We used the pool facilities which were nice enough but unfortunately there were 2 children in particular who screamed constantly and it was so loud in such a small environment. We have no issue with children at all playing etc but the screaming was not fair for other guests who were there to relax. This did spoil it a bit to be honest. In the morning breakfast was lovely and back to the spa. Children playing, no problem. Criticism: only 6 sunbeds!! Went back to our room for a shower before returning home and we had no hot water!

Room nice. Had booked a twin but Room had a double bed. Took ages to sort out. Went to the spa to relax. Far from relaxing with noisy children screeching and shouting. So very disappointing as we were really looking forward to relaxing in the spa, that was the reason that we booked this particular hotel and not another. Food was nice in bar and good service. Disappointed for what we paid + £10 parking. Combination of the room not being right, and the spa, made for not a great visit.

Always a lovely stay at this hotel… lovely rooms, clean, polite staff, excellent pool / spa, free parking (just ask when checking in for the qr), kids could swim until 7pm, even gave us a room with a bath because the staff knew I was taking my kids away for a “pamper night”… hearing and a heater in our room, great night sleep.. two happy kids and one happy Mum ha! The hotel was good, could do with a refresh especially the carpets. Bathroom bottles were empty, but staff were quick to help out. Restaurant food was very good, fantastic curry. Staff were friendly especially Leah, who was very helpful. Breakfast was nice, better quality of sausages would’ve mad this better.. Overall yes we would say here again.
