There was a process whereby check in code would not let us check in. The online contact number did not provide anything else. Although to give them credit the people worked on a solution and reset the apartment code. If you are a computer expert then maybe decide to book here. Condo nice and clean. “The Villas are located between the Ritz Carlton and the Westin with their own private beach at half the cost of the hotels. Very comfortable, nice furniture and equipped with anything you could possibly need, clean, immaculate grounds. There is no pool but you can use the hotel pools. Management (Lisa) is wonderful and will take care of any problem immediately. One of the best restaurants on the island, Legends is across the street and has an enormous menu and great food. Highly recommend. ”
