Vacations Close To Seven Altars Waterfall

En un hotel básico. Uno de los temas es que se oye todo lo que tus vecinos digan o hagan. Aparte hay na discoteca cerca que se oye en el hotel y dificulta dormir. Por eso no lo recomiendo.

Love this hotel! The amenities are awesome as the hot jaccuzzi and saunas are included in the stay. I had a VIP and was able to get 20% off drinks. There is also a pool and it has great play equipment for children. Definitely will come back! Breakfast is really good too and was included with my stay.

Centrral location and comfortable room. The on site restaurant was really good as well.

A beautiful property with incredibly helpful and polite staff. The staff was quick and responsive in communication. The foliage and courtyard were gorgeous and so well maintained. Had a gorgeous rooftop with a 360 view that you could relax on, watch the sunset, view Antigua from above and even see Fuego erupt. The laundry service was great. I needed clothes washed and you simply give them to the front desk and they give them back to you later washed. The room was quaint. A small, cottage feel. Although it was slightly lacking in amenities. The hair dryer provided didn't work. Although I'm sure if I told the staff they would have come quickly with a replacement, they were very responsive. The rooms had gorgeous giant windows, but lacked screens. The weather was so nice, but we couldn't even open the windows because mosquitos would come in the room and bite us. So it was quite hot in the room without airflow. There was no ceiling fan, but they did provide tower fans for us to use, which did help a bit, but it would have been better with fresh air. Another thing was the room had no mini fridge. So we couldn't have any cold beverages and if you plan to stay here, don't bring back any left overs because theres no where to preserve them. ):

Unique: its a wonderful old property that is being adjusted as a hotel. Its beautiful, quiet even though there is a "main" road next to it (you practically dont notice the cars and bikes while eating breakfast) and the windows are new so the rooms are quiet. The view is great, food is of high quality, its not packed like other hotels, though it is probably bc we were there during the week. Nice interior design, minimal and fits the Antigua feeling. Things to improve: storage space or just a few hangers in the bathroom and the room could change the experience, we had our luggage on the floor and didnt have a proper place to put towels and clean clothes while taking a shower etc. The pool was a bit forgotten, but i totally get that every single detail cant be perfect while the project is still ongoing. Unfortunate event: we arrived and had to wait half an hour for someone to check us in. That was not cool, even though the night staff (chef and waitress) did what they could to phone someone in. The chef, who created awesome meals, had no hesitation in helping us with the luggage, which i view as a perfect human quality and it signs over to the loyalty he has with the owners. It is important that employers treat their staff decently and that is something i value. Downside of that: they could have tried to offer a compliment drink for that, its important as a service to try and keep the client happy, sometimes its minor details. Other than that, can recommend.
