Staff was super friendly and helpful. They would go around the rooms in the evening with chocolates for their guests. Love Troia, it’s one of my favourite places in the world. But the accommodations didn’t live up to the 5 star experience expected.

We could see the beautiful ocean view from inside the room – even in the bathroom! Loved the layout, concrete floors, comfortable beds, and giant, plush white towels. Absolutely luxurious. The air conditioning was a little weak for our liking, but everything else was incredible. The breakfast buffet was impressive and included an omelet station. One of the best stays of our life!

Top stay in beautiful location

We had a fab stay in an apartment in the hotel. Loved the pool and service and had a wonderful time. The area is so stunning - views to the ocean and bay and the highlight was a boat trip to see the dolphins in the bay.

Clean spacious rooms, good staff, and decent breakfast. Hotel was a bit run down and it's definitely not a five star hotel. Very close to the ferry to Setabul which was very convenient. The beach was extremely beautiful. The gym was very basic, but the pool was great.

Friendly and helpful staff but sometimes the information received was not correct. Breakfast was out of this world! Some areas of the facility were smelly and you could see and feel the outdated technology and furniture.

It’s a very clean and modern hotel. It’s kind of weird how dark it is and I was told it was designed that way. I like dark restaurants and hotels that aren’t super bright but this is kind of spooky dark. Restaurant food was very mediocre and the menu was extremely limited. I assume it’s that way due to it being the off season. Staff was nice but not very helpful or forthcoming about the room, eating options, etc. you may want to try it during the “ seaso@ as the entire town was deserted!

Generally a good place. My room was nice and the view was good. It is a modern euro hotel. The area is a small resort town and there is not much amenity there. Casino is attached but I did not visit. Staff was helpful and nice. I’d stay again if I’m the area.

Recommend - Would Stay Again

This is a nice hotel and very enjoyable for a short stay. There is lots to do in the area. We went on a couples holiday, but equally the whole family would have enjoyed it. Definitely would stay again.
