Great Stay in Setubal

Friendly staff, well located hotel and large bedroom with very comfortable bed. Breakfast had many options and great sea views. We enjoyed our stay and might come back again.

Great stay and very centrally located. The best part of the stay was the excellent staff. We were treated very well and enjoyed the recommendations and all the interactions we had with the front desk staff and also the great breakfast staff.

The check in was smooth, the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had a good variety of food. We ate breakfast in the restaurant on the top floor with an excellent view of the coast of Setubal.

Beautiful Hotel and worth every penny

Where do I start, this place is so Amazing All the employees were Superb, friendly, kind, respectful, very welcoming and always willing to help in any way possible to make your stay just wonderful. A country feel with a little extra excitement. A beautiful country feeling with amazing kind people. The Portuguese people are so friendly and welcoming and willing to help in any way possible. Setúbal is a wonderful place to stay at , away from the crazy Lisboa, Lisboa is Beautiful but the country feel of Setúbal is to die for. The port of Setúbal is 2 blocks away, beautiful walk. Fabio at Luna hotel is a wonderful person . He went out of his way to make our stay memorable. I will come back to Setúbal again

Great hotel, great location

Really nice hotel. The first night we were in a room with a small shower, and when I told them I had been under the impression we would be getting a room with a tub (because that's what the description was on Hotels.com), they moved us into a nicer room with a view of the city, a big bathtub, and a bidet for the rest of our stay. The room unfortunately had a damp smell like mold or mildew, but this was very clearly not an issue with the cleanliness, just with the old building and the humidity of the area. The breakfast is very nice, plenty of options even for picky eaters, and in a room with a fantastic view over the Sado River. Weirdly, guests had to choose a 45-minute time slot for breakfast instead of being able to go have breakfast whenever we chose during the times breakfast was served, but the hotel staff let us be flexible and change this time slot when needed. Housekeeping kept our room wonderfully clean, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. It's in a great location where you can walk to everything in Setúbal. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. The older building is noisy though. Lots of bumping and water rushing sounds in our particular room. The half panel on the bathtub isn't enough to contain the shower water. Couldn't get the A/C to cool or dehumidify the room. The hallway was more comfortable.
