まず、気に入らなかった点ではなく、気になった点として記載します。 画像ではわかりにくいですが、建物は古かったです。 それに付随して、付属の設備も古くなってきています。 気になるのは、ユニットバスの隅々にある取れなくなっているであろうカビです。 そして窓も年代を感じますし、外部の音が聞こえやすいです。 不潔なものはありませんが、総評として言えば、神経質な方にはお勧めしません。 老朽化しているので、それなりです。 また近隣で食事処も少ないので、観光案内所等の活用や事前のリサーチやが必須です。 奄美大島自体がそんなに都会ではないので、普通のホテルではないかと感じました。

設備は古いがまあそこそこ。

設備はかなり古く、床や壁の傷みが目立つ。ただ、比較的綺麗に掃除されている。風呂のリンスインシャンプーとボディーソープは、クオリティーが低い。朝食は和定食で、普通。窓が完全に開くので風が入って来て良いが、網戸がないので虫も入って来る。道路に面した北側はややうるさい。フロントでチェックイン時に対応してくれた若い女性は、丁寧で良い対応であった。港まで徒歩7分、スーパーやコンビニも徒歩5～8分で、お土産店や郵便局も近いし、バス停もすぐそば。ロケ―ションはベスト。

全体的に古いし汚い。部屋のスリッパも簡易なものにも関わらず、何度も使用しているような感じです。渡された鍵が二つあり、部屋のドアと室内の電源の鍵でしたが、説明がなかったので戸惑いました。ただこの様な町にビジホがあるだけでもありがたいのかも、と考えるとしょうがないのかなど思いました。窓からは海を挟んで加計呂麻島も見えますしね。

のんびりした場所のホテル

奄美空港からレンタカーで、１時間３０分程で到着しました。駐車場は３，４台程あり、３日間使用させていただきました。朝食はﾘｸｴｽﾄどおり７時スタートで用意していただきました。部屋はわりと広くて、一通りの設備が揃っていましたが、臭いが若干気になりました。スタッフは皆さん親切でした。古仁屋港のすぐ近くなので、加計呂間島のフェリー乗り場や、海ガメ隊の待ち合わせ場所もすぐ近くになります。ﾌｧﾐﾘｰﾏｰﾄも近くにあります。周辺は全体的にのんびりした雰囲気でした。

周りに飲食店が多数あり便利が良かった。 4人部屋、広いし海も見えて良かった。古くて壁紙など剥がれていたが、補修してありきれいにお掃除してあった。入った時少し匂いが気になり窓を全開にした。 スタッフの対応もすごく良かった。この値段で朝食が付いていたのでコスパよかった。
