The swimming pool is nice and refreshing. The staff is very nice, helpful and efficient. The dinner was tasty. The accommodation could be refreshed a bit, some of the equipments of the room were dated, the moskito net had scratches and the door had a Space between in and out. Also, no minibar in the room.

All the staff here are exceptional ( friendly and very helpful). Food in the evening meal differed each night and was fantastic local fare. Yvonne the manager went far beyond and out of her way to make us feel welcome and helped us sort out our broken down vehicle. We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend thos fortuitous find. Campsites also look good with shade power and water.

Perfect stay!

I stayed family room ( 4 single beds) for 1 night with my friends. The staffs are helpful and friendly. What really surprised me is that the surrounding and external decorations are stylish. It is also fantastic that the room space is big with a nice shower room. There are various tours options provided. Tea time with free cakes brings us chill time. Dinner is whole set which is really good. Staying here means you can enjoy the time before and after visiting sossuselei for sure. There are swimming pools and a restaurant. Highly recommended for everyone!

Great Hotel

Beautiful hotel with a beautiful setting between the rocky Naukluft Mountains and the Namib Desert. The hotel has a nice pool (albeit the water is quite cold!!) and had very professional, attentive and friendly staff. The food was great too. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Really enjoyed our stay here, everyone was very friendly and welcoming and we felt at home straight away. The room was very spacious, with good beds, big bathroom and everything was spotless. The food from the restaurant was delicious and we recommend the sundowner drive Amazing surroundings and after spending a morning in sossusvlei the pool is great for relaxing.

Alles einfach top

Einfach großartig. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, alles sauber, das Essen hervorragend. Während des Abendessen wird das Zimmer nochmal zusammen geräumt und ein kleines Licht angemacht. Sehr nett. Die Touren sind alle zu empfehlen, ob es die Sundownerdrive ist oder die Fahrt nach Sossovlei. Eine geführte Tour vom feinsten.

Die Unterkunft ist schön, aber die Reception zeigt sich genervt von allem. Das hier nur ein Stndard Menü angeboten wird ( Essen oder sonst gibt es nichts) ist mir bisher noch nie untergekommen. Wer beim Essen keine Wahl haben möchte ist hier genau am richtigen Ort.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Tour zu Sossusvlei

Es ist eine sehr schöne Lodge. Vor allem das Abendessen im Garten hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Vor allem war das Moskitonetz um das Bett sehr praktisch und man konnte von der Terasse aus hautnah Oryxe beobachten. Unser Kellner William beim Abendessen und Frühstück war sehr zuvorkommend, nur leider waren die Rezeptionistin und einzelne Angestellte nicht sehr hilfsbereit.

Great stay

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Everybody were so friendly and the dinner that was served was just amazing, friendly service and the most tender steak I have ever had. The rooms are very nice and comfy though you can see that they are a bit dated. Grounds are very nice and it was perfect to relax a bit by the pool after a long drive from Windhoek on gravel roads. 40 minutes drive to Sesriem and the gate to Sossusvlei Park.

mis à part l'électricité du site (et donc des chambres) qui sautait toute les 3 minutes dans la soirée le site est magnifique avec une vue extrêmement dégagée sur les monts et plateaux...vue à 360 degrés sans vis à vis. les coupures d'électricité ont eu comme effet de laisser le ciel étoilé sans aucune perturbation lumineuse à des kilomètres...spectacle magnifique et instantané.

Wenn man zufrüh ankommt ( 12,30 Uhr) wird man mit der Auskunft Check in 14,00 Uhr zuerstmal hingehalten . Das Zimmer ist geräumig, das Bad benötigt Renovierung Die Rosshaarmatratzen wurden für die zweite Nacht gegen Matratzen wie in Europa übliche getauscht. Das Frühstück am darauffolgenden morgen war reichlich, am 2ten Tag war es um 8,15 Leergefegt und man musste sich bei der Rezeption beschweren um sein Frühstück zu genießen was sich am 3ten Tag fortsetzte. Das Abendessen bestand nur ein einem Menü weite Auswahl ausgeschlossen, Der Menüpreis für das gebotene überteuert, Abendessen Satt, stelle ich mir anders vor. der Zimmerpreis wurde mir obwohl über den Reiseveranstalter im Sep. bezahlt nochmal auf meiner Visa belastet. Die Rechnung wurde auf Nachfrage aus dem Papierkorb wieder rausgeholt. mein Resüme Gäste kommen meistens für nur eine Nacht und danach wohl nie wieder
