Aqua View Reception accepted no responsibility for the very poor condition of my Apartment as Apartment E-002 is privately owned and not part of their remit. Aqua View Reception advised it was down to me to find the owner (who apparently never answers his phone) and make arrangements myself for the serious defects to be remedied.
