Buruk busuk kotor

Hotel kotor. Gelap. Masuk2 bilik bau rokok. Pastu jumpa puntung rokok dalam jamban. X bole flush!!! Busuk. Terus mintak tukar bilik. Pastu x minta maaf staff muka sombong. Worst hotel ever!! Rugi duit je!!

No water heater and very light and basic breakfast

The water heater is not functioning and not well maintained. The breakfast is very very basic with one packet of basic nasi lemak (usually cost around RM 1) or one packet of fried noddle or one packet of fried kuay teow with one cup of drink. (total cost of breakfast estimated around RM 3 per pax).

we checked in late i.e. after 5pm. needless to say, the room floor was dusty, but the kettle was also covered in dust, the pillow was old and lumpy and the bed linen was old and torn at the edges. The hotel is situated alongside a main road and traffic was bad, noisy until 4 am. and started again at 5 am. Not value for money at all. Confir we will not stay there again. PLEA: Please take off the hotel from list of HOTELS.COM so that others will not be cheated.

Worst service and all stuff face never smile, toilet is dark and the shower is not hot at all. Never come again!!

Nice looking hotel

It takes me some time to find this hotel as the address cannot be found in waze. I managed to reach this hotel after making a wrong turn. This hotel is nearby a futsal court. This hotel looks new and clean. The room is spacious and the bathroom is very nice. The staff is friendly and quite efficient.

value for money

overall, it was a value for money clean and comfortable hotel. only thing they could improve on is: 1) allocate more pilows for the room (current 3 but they did give 1 extra without charging extra when i informed them it is for my pregnant wife) 2) ensure all room fittings are repaired - door stopper was broken 3) perhaps improve on sound proofing the rooms better as can hear footsteps/noise from other guest when they come in /outin of the room
