The in‑room washer and dryer were a huge plus, and the room itself had everything we needed. I’d happily stay there again. Renovations were happening while we were there, but it was surprisingly quiet and the construction didn’t disrupt our stay.

Super clean room, very good bed, spacy, good shower, the kitchen equipment is plenteous, and having a washing machine + drying machine is a plus. Quiet room - no disturbance at night!, a really helpful staff, and it has a great location! I absolutely recommend it !! :)

The rooms were newly renovated and really spacious and clean. There was a full kitchen as well as a washer/dryer which is really convenient. We did have to purchase detergent for laundry at the front desk for ₩1000, which was a pretty good price! The property is just a short 2 minute walk from National Assembly station, and there were plenty of restaurants and malls nearby. I will definitely be back!

It was a really amazing hotel and welcoming staff! my room included a washer/dryer and a kitchenette. It was basically a mini apt and hotel combined! I definitely recommend to stay here if you are in Seoul!

i came to Korea for the first time and was staying by myself at this hotel. it was a fantastic location - lots of things around me - and i felt very safe. the property and room was super clean and the staff were really friendly. I love the mini kitchenette in my room and the washer and dryer was my selling point!! AND THEN I SAW A LG STYLER IN MY ROOM i love it so much and used it so much to sanitize my clothes every day. thank you for providing me a great stay and great first experience in Korea. I will definitely be back!

The hotel is in the middle of a remodel but other than not serving food right now, you wouldn’t know it. Each room has a kitchenette that has some dishes, a micro, a small fridge/freezer, and a kettle and coffee machine. A washer and dryer in the room and plenty of storage for clothing. There is also a cabinet like auto butler system that can steam your clothes, press your pants, and I think even wash delicate hanging clothes. I have never seen one of these upright machines but it was impressive. The bathroom has American Standard bidet and shower that is nice. The blackout drapes are awesome. Plenty of outlets, lighting, and workspace. The staff are lovely. I saw a gym as well. I don’t think the lounge is open currently. I would stay here again. I stayed 7 days this trip. Plenty of places to walk to eat and catch the bus or subway.

It was upsetting, as there was no warning before booking that the hotel was undergoing a renovation. The construction work included the first floor lobby area, which became a major nuisance in many ways. The entire building is being redone, so that's something to look forward to, but I think it's something that should be made clear before people make reservations. The staff was very friendly and professional, though, and that was a big plus and maybe a sign of better conditions ahead.

Well managed property. The staff were very friendly and willing to assist. Especially, their ADA room to accommodate the needs of travelers with disabilities. The staff was so kind and helped in whatever way I needed. The front desk staff spoke english which was tremendously helpful. But, one staff member stood out above everyone else. The lady who cleaned my room each day always had a huge smile and greeted me warmly each morning. I thank God for her because she helped me start each day off with a smile. My room was clean and tidy all the time.y room.had a kitchenette, which i used. It also had a washer and dryer. The only complaint that I had was the coffee maker didn't have coffee pods available. Fortunately there was a fabulous coffee shop a couple of doors down. I definitely recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed. When I return, I will stay here again Thank you for making my stay in Korea comfortable and pleasant

Overall cleanliness is poor. Dusty room, hair found in bedding and towels. Remote control for the tv and ac were disgusting with stains. Kleenex box cover was also stained. Had to use my own disinfecting wipes before touching them. Kitchen is there but not hugely helpful since they only provided one huge pot and a frying pan with delaminating coating. You have to purchase dish washing cloth/detergent for 1,000 won from the front desk. Washing machine and styler are useful, you need to purchase detergent for 1,000 won at the front desk as well.
