we had the most relaxing end to our 3week holiday in Korea with the last 4 days staying at Douglas house. we were taken good care of by all the staff in particular the dinner staff and breakfast staff. Although the language barrier was a little challenging, they did their best to assist us. Lovely grounds to walk around, there is so much to see and do within the Ealkerhill complex. Thank you all and we would gladly come back again and also highly recommend anyone wanting to stay here

소음 관련 개선이 필요해요

너무 시끄러워요. 복도 밖에서 지나다니는 사람들 계속 이야기 하면서 다녀서 티비든 음악이든 틀어놓아야 함. 안내문을 붙여놓던가 아니면 뭐 사전 안내를 하던가- 그 지나다니는 복도도 좁은데 사람들 말 하면서 다니니까 시끄러움. 층간소음 진짜 심함. 더글라스라 애들도 없는데 쿵쿵 거리는 소리 들리는 거 보면 지을 때 방음에 신경을 안 쓴 듯. 외부셔틀 타고 올라오는 데 15분 간격은 무슨 20분 넘게 기다려도 안 오고 적혀 있는 번호로 문의해도 기다리라는 말만 함. 나가는 셔틀은 또 10분 간격으로 움직여서 손님이 뛰어가도 쌩 하고 가버림. 체크인이든 외부출입이든 질문을 하는데 약간 민망하게 함. 이것도 몰라? 식의 어투라 고오급 호텔에 익숙하지 않은 사람에게는 추천 안 하고 싶음. 창문 안 열었고 두 번 나갔다왔는데 방에 커다란 파리도 있었음. 잡았더니 피가 팍 터짐. 물론 위치 상 벌레가 있을 수 있다고 했지만 창문도 안 열었는데 어디서 파리가 들어온건가 황당하긴 함.

더글라스 호텔 만족합니다. 산책과 자연을 좋아하시는 분들과 호텔에서 하루종일 지낼 분에게 추천합니다. 간단한 식사와 다과를 아침, 점심, 저녁 운영하니 편하게 책읽으면서 시간 보내기에 좋습니다. 단, 수영장과 주차장 다른 편의시설들은 워커힐 호텔에 있어 셔틀이나 보도로 이동해야되는 약간의 불편은 있습니다. 모바일 체크인과 체크아웃으로 기다림과 대기없었고 주차등록도 모바일로 가능했습니다

버블이 잔뜩 낀 가격때문에 나머지 장점이 가려지네요

라운지 더글러스 아워 메뉴가 너무 빈약하고 야외수영장 패키지는 야외수영장이 칸막이때문에 바람이 안통해 덥고 한강뷰도 하나도 안보여서 정말 돈 아까웠어요

정말정말 친절하고 센스있으신 직원분들, 감사합니다. 임산부인 거 바로 캐치하시고 많이 배려해주셨어요. 남편이랑 둘이 갔는데 "인원 수대로 드릴게요"라며 생수 3개 챙겨주신 거 진짜 감동이었네요 ㅎㅎㅎ 방 컨디션도 좋고, 깨끗하고, 불편함 없었습니다! 세 차례의 라운지 이용도 음식 가짓수가 많진 않아도 충분히 즐겼고, 셔틀 이용도 편했습니다. 딱 하나 아쉬운 건 라운지가 시끄러운 거예요ㅠㅠ BGM이 작고 잔잔하면 목소리가 좀 낮아지지 않을까 싶네요 ㅎㅎ

서울에서 숲속 호캉스를 즐길 수 있는 곳! 더글라스하우스 컨셉이 액티브하고 화려한 호캉스 보다는 조용한 별장같은 느낌의 힐링 휴식 호캉스를 선호하는 사람들에게는 어필이 될 것 같다. 숙박 내 총 3번의 라운지 엑세스도 좋았고 (음식 종류가 다양하지는 않지만 딱 만족정도 할 수 있는 느낌이다) 무엇보다 워커힐 리조트를 마음껏 활용할 수 있다는게 가장 큰 메리트였음 (24시간 호출로 워커힐 리조트 내 식당 및 호텔 무료셔틀 이용 가능)

노키즈존 이라고 해서 조용한 분위기를 기대했는데 라운지에 테이블 간격 너무 다닥다닥 붙어있어서 소란스러운 편이었습니다. 침구는 좀 불편했고 에어컨 소음이 센편. 그래도 서울에서 라운지 포함, 자연속에서 보낼 수 잇다는 매력이 제일 큽니다.
