we had the most relaxing end to our 3week holiday in Korea with the last 4 days staying at Douglas house. we were taken good care of by all the staff in particular the dinner staff and breakfast staff. Although the language barrier was a little challenging, they did their best to assist us. Lovely grounds to walk around, there is so much to see and do within the Ealkerhill complex. Thank you all and we would gladly come back again and also highly recommend anyone wanting to stay here

아침식사는 컨티넨탈 블랙퍼스트로 알찬 구성이었습니다.다만 계란요리는 삶은 계란임을 참고하세요. 객실 청결상태 완벽. 특히 아로마센스 샤워기 너무 좋아요 어메니티는 국내브랜드인데 향도 은은하고 보습력 좋아요. 파샤쥬에서 판매하더라구요. 더글라스 투숙객은 수영장과 피트니스 이용시 비스타3층 이용은 안되고 그랜드워커힐 지하2층 이용 가능합니다. 한강뷰를 보며 수영과 피트니스 이용은 할 수 없어요 자연과 함께 휴식을 취할수 있는 서울의 유일한 호텔! 사실 그랜드워커힐은 연식이 오래이다보니 특급호텔에서 느껴지는 고급스러움은 좀 약한편.

소음 관련 개선이 필요해요

너무 시끄러워요. 복도 밖에서 지나다니는 사람들 계속 이야기 하면서 다녀서 티비든 음악이든 틀어놓아야 함. 안내문을 붙여놓던가 아니면 뭐 사전 안내를 하던가- 그 지나다니는 복도도 좁은데 사람들 말 하면서 다니니까 시끄러움. 층간소음 진짜 심함. 더글라스라 애들도 없는데 쿵쿵 거리는 소리 들리는 거 보면 지을 때 방음에 신경을 안 쓴 듯. 외부셔틀 타고 올라오는 데 15분 간격은 무슨 20분 넘게 기다려도 안 오고 적혀 있는 번호로 문의해도 기다리라는 말만 함. 나가는 셔틀은 또 10분 간격으로 움직여서 손님이 뛰어가도 쌩 하고 가버림. 체크인이든 외부출입이든 질문을 하는데 약간 민망하게 함. 이것도 몰라? 식의 어투라 고오급 호텔에 익숙하지 않은 사람에게는 추천 안 하고 싶음. 창문 안 열었고 두 번 나갔다왔는데 방에 커다란 파리도 있었음. 잡았더니 피가 팍 터짐. 물론 위치 상 벌레가 있을 수 있다고 했지만 창문도 안 열었는데 어디서 파리가 들어온건가 황당하긴 함.
