We stayed for 2.5 weeks. Very nice hotel and staff, we also liked that there was laundry and kitchen. We forgot some items and called the hotel a day later, they found the items in few hours. Very helpful and communicative, they were able to ship them back to us. (We paid shipping but the staff were so nice and helpful). Highly recommend this hotel!

Great location for my needs and loved the extra amenities such as communal kitchens on each floor, self-service laundry. I stayed in the King premium suite and the bed was very comfortable. Super convenient location. Convenient store 10 steps away, Garosugil shopping st is 5 mins by walk and it links to small streets where its super happening with cafes and shops! Huge 3/F Oliveyoung across the hotel and 15 mins uber ride to literally everywhere as its super centre! So heading to myeong dong was 15 mins away , hanam dong was 15 mins away. Can even walk to cheong dam in 20 mins to visit all the asias top bars! highly recommend.

This hotel was lovely and made my special occasion even more special by surprising me with a room decoration for my special occasion!!! They really went above and beyond during my stay!!!! The staff really are what makes this place worth staying. The rooms were pretty and the food was delicious. The only thing I would mention is that the rooms are not super noise proof…but I will 100% be back!

The hotel is well situated in the heart of the city, which is very convenient for me to commute and get what I need. Most importantly, as a non-Korean speaker, I did not have difficulty travelling from Incheon Airport to the hotel. It's our second time staying at Voco Seoul Gangnam, and we absolutely love it! The location cannot be beat -- you're in Gangnam, and right across the street you can find so many different places to eat, shop, and explore. There are a lot of convenience stores nearby, and an OLIVE YOUNG right across too. It's easy to walk to the subway or to the bus stop. The Dosan Park area is a quick ride away too :) Definitely our go to place in Seoul!
