The location of the hotel is excellent. Just steps away from Myeongdong. The chungmuro station is just outside the hotel door and a Hanok village is just about five minutes away. There are several restaurant choices in the vicinity. Additionally, the check in and check out procedure is very simple.

There was a little glitch with our room but the manager helped us every part of the way to get it corrected. The place was above the train station which is super convenient for us to get to and fro. Will stay here again.

The location was very good. The room is also nice and clean although one outlet wasn’t working. My main issue is there isn’t sufficient elevators as there are 2 plus a service one. Waiting for elevators for going up or down can require 10-20 mins, especially during peak time.

It's a great option for groups because the in room laundry and kitchen gives you lots of options. I wish the property had a better explainer for using appliances, especially AC, and I wish they had more hooks especially in the bathroom to hang towels, washclothes, and toiletry kits. The beds were very firm, so as a fat American I struggled to sleep well without aches.

Absolutely worth it! The hotel conveniently has direct access to the subway. There are also two subway entrances outside the hotel, making it easy to travel throughout the city. Additionally, there’s a bus station just a short walk away. The hotel is a 10-minute walk to Myeongdong night market, which is filled with numerous stores and street vendors. The WiFi worked perfectly, and the room was spotless upon checking in. The check-in and check-out processes were incredibly smooth. I highly recommend staying at Villiv in

Pros: Room was clean, it would be a more spacious size in comparison to a hotel. Communication was clear so it was a smooth process to check in and check out. Location was excellent, train located in the same building, in the basement. Convenience stores right outside of the building. Felt like a safe neighbourhood. Myeongdong is just a 10 minutes walk away. Cons: There was daily housekeeping but we got the bare minimum which was change of towels. We did not get daily water bottles or toilet papers. Bed and pillow was not as comfortable. Elevator was a nightmare, better of taking the stairs, but after walking over 20,000 steps a day, you do not want to go through stairs again.

There was an error with my reservation- the room was not available (even though the entire stay was paid for in advance, and I also received the usual confirmation/reminder emails from Expedia in the days leading up to the stay). I was moved to another hotel nearby, but would have to check out in the middle of my trip and check in again at the original hotel. It was incredibly difficult to contact the hotel, both on the original check in day and the day I had to change hotels. This was due to issues with the Expedia messaging platform- there was significant delays in the messaging platform, meaning that I could not see the messages from the hotel (with hotel details, check in information), despite them being able to see messages from me. I tried accessing the Expedia app on 2 different phones (Android/ Apple) and via webpage, with the same issue. Having to change my travel plans in the middle of my stay (in order to check out/re-check in at 12pm) AND move hotels was incredibly inconvenient, and the messaging issue (which meant even more time spent trying to contact the hotel). After all that, when I actually went to check in to the new room, the door code did not work, which necessitated another trip to "reception" to request they reset the door code. Fortunately staff were still on site (though I am unclear what the "reception" office hours are) Please note this hotel does not have onsite reception-no "front desk" or staff it is run virtually. Would not book again.

The location is great. There's a connection to the subway in the basement and we could walk to a lot. Staff were helpful although communication is online and you'll want a translator app. The kitchen and laundry worked out well. Biggest downside is the elevators as there are only a couple for many floors and units.

部屋も清潔、トイレとお風呂は同じ部屋だけどガラス扉で仕切られており、水が飛び散ることもなくよかったです。 部屋も清潔、シーツもきれい、ベッドの硬さも私は心地よかったです。 不明なことは、メールでのやり取りもスムーズでした。 ただ下水の匂いなのか、それが気になりました。洗濯機の使い方も簡単ですが洗濯すると同じ様か匂いが衣服につきタオル以外は洗濯できませんでした。

フロントがおらず戸惑いましたが、特段不都合はありませんでした。 ブレーカーが落ちた時にもhotels.comからのチャット連絡ですぐに反応をもらえて、1時間後には日本語が話せるスタッフと来てくれたので、暗闇で過ごさずに済みました。 製氷機やら自販機などの一般的なホテルの設備はないものの、調理器具や食器、大型の冷蔵庫に洗濯機まで部屋に備えており、快適に過ごせました。 またソウルに来たら利用したいです。

部屋は広くてゆったり出来ましたが、洗面所とトイレの戸がどちらも壊れていて（関係者によると指を挟むのでわざと外して閉められなくしてあるとのこと）友達同士なのでそれでは困ると言って何とかトイレの戸だけは閉められるように直してもらいました。ベッドルームもパーテーションで閉められるようになってましたが、閉めようとしたら動かず、枠が外れてて壊れてました。かなりガッカリしました。
