The location is definitely a plus with Seoul train and subway station is about 7 and 5 mins away by walking. Staff was responsive and communicate with us by WhatsApp. The washing machine is not in the apartment but instead you need to bring your laundry to the reception and they washed it for you which is quite embarrassing with underwears and stuffs. Overall the apartment is lovely though the size is a bit crampy.

Overall hotel is great

Overall hotel is great - good location, clean rooms, good size. Do note that there is no option to D&D the rooms and that housekeeping will ring the door bell multiple times.

Good location nearby Seoul Station and Lottemart. Surrounded by many local restaurants and downstairs is a donut coffee shop. Check in at 9/F, staff are nice and can speak English. They can communicate with whatsapp too if you need something like toilet paper, we asked them to order fried chicken for us too! We have 3 bedrooms but the room isn’t that big as on the photo. And the lift corridor was a bit smelly we did inform the staff about this. Other than this it was a pleasure stay :)

Great location and great design

The hotel is very well designed and comfortable. It’s perfectly located right on a street with restaurants and cafes, and access to public transportation is very easy with Seoul Station and Chungjeongno Station nearby.

Had a wonderful stay at the UH Suite The Seoul! The room was spotlessly clean and super comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, always willing to lend a hand. The location is also a major plus - everything is within walking distance, from delicious eateries to convenient shops. I loved the accessibility and convenience of the area. Right across from Seoul Station this hotel is convenient and with many options nearby. Staff was kind and helpful. They stored our luggage for us before check in and even after we checked out. It’s a relatively small hotel w 2 suites maximum on each floor. The room was smaller than we expected but it worked out. The Yuzu Ramen restaurant right next door was delicious. .

the room looked amazing and looked just like the pictures. the location was pretty convenient. very near the seoul station and convenient to get to from airport. although the bedding is quite thin so may be a bit cold during winter.

Staff and accommodation are special. The location is very convenient because it's close to Seoul Station. The only disappointing thing was that some of the hair was in the bedroom. Overall, I am satisfied with this stay. You can have a good experience through this hotel.

Had a great experience. Beautiful room with a beautiful view, service was excellent and attentive. They kept in touch with me prior to my trip, were accommodating of my groups needs and were excellent and allowed us to check our bags at reception ahead and after our check in/out times so we could tour the city. The bath in the room was great for us to soak and relax after being on our feet all day. 10/10 recommend getting a room with a bath, I will definitely be going back here on my next trip

The location was great, lots of eateries, convenient stores nearby. It’s just off the Seoullo 7017 and Seoul train station, it was very well connected. Service was hit and miss, depending on which staff is on duty. The listing did not state clearly that the laundry facilities was only at the common area. The washer was quite dirty, I took some time to clean up the dirt before I could wash my clothes. Generally, the unit is small. There is a rule not to move the furniture, which made it very difficult for us with large luggages. Our main gripe was the smell of sewage in the whole unit. Upon providing feedback, the staff provided us air freshener, which provided temporary relief, we resorted to covering up the drain holes in the toilet daily. The 1 small sink also made it very inconvenient for us to wash our child’s bottles. Service- would be great at times (order food, prompt with laundry, ) and others- can be improved (We arrived at dinner time and asked the staff for recommendations on food, we were told that most restaurants are not open… however, a short walk down the street, we found lots of restaurants open for business. Wish they were able to provide better advice.)

Faulty and dangerous coffee table. It would topple over with just a light lean.
