Proximity to myeongdong center is the best! You can literally just walk and go around where you need to go! Rooms are cleans and very relaxing, comfy beds and the spa is a plus!

Great location and overall a very pleasant stay. I stayed in the Royal Grand Suite and was very satisfied with the room—it was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The only downside was the bathroom, which didn’t have a proper place to hang clothes or towels for use after a shower, which was a bit inconvenient. On the positive side, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Room could use a good detailed cleaning. Housekeeping is responsive with towel change and water replenishment. Walls are thin so next suite's argument n shouting was unfortunate on the last night. The hot tub water took very long to warm the water. I think there is some issue with the water heater. Also, if someone is using the hot tub warm water, the shower area will not have any warm water. The shower area keep flooding as well. Room is clean and tidy. The location of the hotel is good and it is a distance away from the noisy street. Overall was alright and the staff is alright but they look very strict and serious with their work.
