Great little area to stay. Close to city hall subway station. Has lots of restaurants downstairs. Family suite had enough space for 4 of us, staying with 2 kids.

Lovely room that's spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of places to eat around. My only complaint would be the street noise on the weekend. Not too bad if you sleep late.

good location and close 3 minutes walk to City Hall Subway. different types of restaurants downstairs. modern, stylish and cozy hotel. one point is that the hot water system is not working properly; water is not hot enough and weak, which make shower in winter (-10C) is not enjoyable at all. room is with spa but we can't use it at all due to the weak water system

Security

Perfect location and have loads of good restaurants around. However, a bit concerned about security as front door wasn’t locked with staircase being assessable by anybody. Furthermore was a bit disappointed about the room was not cleaned every day and of the three nights we spent here, had to have rubbish with us for a night. Otherwise, really like this suite

The room was exactly as described in the pictures, very modern with traditional Korean touches, which I really appreciated as a first timer to Seoul. We had a private level with elevator access, heated floors, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating, and when we had a few questions about navigating through the city, food recommendations and how to use certain amenities in the room that us Americans don't usually have in the US. Super thankful and appreciative of the staff!

房間很好，很大和乾淨，Spa也是和相象中一樣好。地點超方便，附近3分鍾路程就可以搭來回機場巴士，3分鍾就到地鐵站。酒店附近亦有相當多餐廳選擇。

本來很期待這次的住宿，但check in 後完全失望，很有改進空間，不過應不會再入住！ （1）沒有lobby，check in 找不到人員，還要自己打電話 （2）房間一打開門霉味太重 （3）洗手間的洗臉盆與淋浴間排水系統極差 （4）泡水浴缸位置房設置在房間容易使房間潮濕，四個人的行李箱放置空間小 （5）房間打掃不確實，只有整理鋪床舖，地毯都沒有吸
