The room was more expensive than other properties we’d stayed in but still good value, especially with the discount. The front desk is a little hard to find as the sign is not very easy to see from the street. The staff were helpful and answered my questions. The room was very large and clean and did have its own air conditioning even though the listing said it wouldn’t which was good.

We stayed in the New Wing which was a separate building less then 5 mins walk away. The New Wing was nice and had laundry which was a bonus. Close to cafes and transit. Airport Limousine bus stop is 10 min walk away.

They responded so quickly and smoothly regarding to my requests. I got plenty of water and towels which are necessary, and they cleaned the room every day. But some facilities are easy to warn out and it needs to be maintained without guest’s request in advance. Hope the reception counter would be more fancy and located inside of the building. Overall, it’s good and comfortable for long term guests and the location is excellent.

Convenient location with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Close to line 3 subway station. Room is extremely clean and the staff is very helpful. They make sure to keep the room clean thru out the stay. Very quiet and feels like home away from home.

Checkin is a little tricky and finding the correct building after checkin can be challenging as well since they are not connected. I wish there was a dryer in the building for more convenient. But overall it was a nice cozy place to stay. Communication with front desk employees is fast and reliable. The beds are soft and comfortable. Overall I recommend staying here.

Our 1bedroom was spacious and very clean. There’s small washer and styler for small amounts of laundry. Also the hotel price was reasonable for location. The only complaint was that no sign for hotel so it was a little bit difficult to find the hotel.
