The English in the country and the hotel is not all over, but they help by call us a Taxi in the morning for where we were going and that help us a lot! Breakfast was real nice to started our days! And having fresh nightgown was a plus

My second time of visiting as a solo female traveller from the U.K. checking in was amazing and staff friendly. The solo room was perfect includes a fridge. In the lobby is a microwave. The eco clean is great but they still left clean towels etc outside the door. Would’ve liked the option of another pillow as was only one. Having a bath was a bonus especially after a raining long day. The breakfast was delicious and a great introduction to Korean food and the staff always welcomed you warmly. I will always try to book this hotel when I come to Gangnam again.

Tokyo style hotel in Seoul. Positive: Very clean for the price. Negative: Lacks amenities. Mitigant: Buy your own toothbrush, toothpaste, beer, beer food. The front desk person will tell you to buy from the vending machine, but choices and prices are limited. I bought tooth paste & brush there, but for beer & some nuts, I went around the block to a convenience store instead. To me this Toyoku was excellent, hence I leave a review, because I value cleanliness above all. I don’t sleep well if it looks or smells bad, but I slept better than last place. For this price, in Gangnam, it’s very clean, hence, one of the best in value.

I had a very positive stay at Toyoko Inn Seoul Gangnam. My room was spotlessly clean and well designed, with everything I needed neatly arranged in a compact space. The bed was comfortable, the pillow was good quality, and the air conditioning worked perfectly and quietly, which made it easy to relax and sleep well. The location is excellent, right in the Gangnam area with restaurants, cafés, convenience stores and public transport very close by, so it was easy to get around and have everything I needed within walking distance. This was especially convenient for me since I had important appointments nearby and did not want to spend time or energy on long commutes. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always polite and attentive whenever I had questions or needed assistance. They also have English-speaking staff at the front desk, which made communication smooth and stress-free for me as an international guest. Overall, Toyoko Inn Seoul Gangnam is a clean, comfortable and practical hotel in a very central location. I felt well taken care of here and I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit South Korea in the future.
