Very comfy, clean and great for the value. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side but was more than enough for us and our luggage. The breakfast was very delicious and hearty. Location is ideal and I would definitely come back again!

Good location for transport, food and shopping. Great hospitality. Front desk staffs greet their guests when they walk past. Small but functional and comfortable rooms. Room 11 is bigger compared to other double rooms.

最初一泊分しか取れずに、少し先の東横イン1と一泊ずつ予約をしていましたが、2に空きが出たので、2泊できることになりました。今回はルームキーの設定が上手くいかなかったのか、次の日に２回ほど、部屋まで行ったのに開かずに、またフロントまで戻るを繰り返しました。それ以外は満足でした。このお値段で朝食が付きの上、ロビーのテーブルも使えるので、帰国前に荷物を受け取り、再度荷造りし少し休憩もできました。リピートします。

日系のホテルなのに、110ボルトの電源がなかったです。いちよう変圧器は用意していましたが、もう少し220ボルトの電源がわかりやすくあれば良いと思います。 それとびっくりしたのは、氷をもらおうとしましたが氷を入れるカップがなかったのでフロントに尋ねると、ビニール袋を渡された。 カップの補充をして欲しかったし、ビニール袋を渡された時も「すみません」のような一言がなかったです。残念です。 ただ良い点としては、地下鉄の駅から近いことと朝食が美味しかったです。

日本のビジネスホテルです、建物自体も周りのホテルに比べたら、こぢんまりとしています。 4番出口の階段を上がると、ホテルは目の前なのでとても楽です。 一階のフロント部分が朝食をする場所になっています。 部屋は、とても清潔でした。ただ、トイレに紙が流せないのは、不便でした。 あと、シャワーの温度調節が難しかったです。 低層階で窓の外は隣の建物だったので、景色は楽しめなくて残念でした。
