Room was clean overall and tidy Partial basic amenities provided such as a toothbrush in the bathroom. So I recommend bringing one. Housekeeping is well done and super friendly .

The hotel was absolutely excellent on all levels. Every member of staff were very helpful from maintenance and domestic staff to the very best team of reception staff I have ever met ! The hotel is in an excellent position, very near Namdaemun Market and a short walk to Myeongdong and a walk to Gwanghwamun Square and Gyeonbokgung Palace. There are plenty of shops, bakeries, restaurants and convenience stores on the doorstep. Rooms are very clean and serviced daily. There is a washing machine in the room and you can access a dryer, microwave and iron in the basement. I will definitely stay there again !!

Friendly staff and rooms were clean with beautiful soft bedding. Loved having a washing machine in the room. Central to everything. Air conditioning worked great. Quiet when doors are closed. My room was in the back. Would stay here again.

A well-located, small but clean hotel with minimal facilities. Oddly, the kitchen in my room didn't have a single piece of cutlery or crockery and what was previously a hob had been covered over/replaced. There were no cooking facilities. The balcony was a tiny open area with no furniture and was unsuitable for use. The bed was comfortable and the staff lovely. Bedroom and bathroom were as small as they could be but they did the job.

The property is really nice, clean, great location, the staff is very nice and they cleaned our room every day. The only thing is we had the queen + twin room and the room spacing is a bit tight on one side as there is no room to walk even to get to bed. Other than that, great stay. I would prob go with a diff room next time.

Amazing stay! I would definitely return if visiting Seoul again. The location is excellent for exploring the city. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained and convenient. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.

The hotel is central to everything for a first time. It’s walkable to the palace and there are stations everywhere. The staff are nice. The gym needs a lot of work. And if you arrive late pick up food from the airport.

The location was amazing. A nice stroll to the 2 main markets, Myeongdong and Namdaemun. The Deoksugung`Palace was a bit further, but a nice walk after dinner. The metro stations were near by. Restaurants were just around the corner The front desk staff were so helpful. Daniel gave us tips when we needed them. Nothing seemed to be a problem. My roon was serviced daily and I never needed to ask for anything else. To top it off and really the game changer was the washing machine, it was used frequently. I was there for just over 2 weeks and needed it. I should also mention floor B1 has an ironing board, drier and microwave. I sound like an ambassador but I really couldn’t fault the place. I will stay there again without hesitation.

big room that was just the right size for 4 people. big fridge with a large freezer section was available. great being able to do laundry during our stay. great area, nearby popular markets and lots of restaurants making it easy to find breakfast in the morning without wandering too far. staff was very friendly as well.

I haved stayed at several of the large hotels in the center of Myeong-dong, and the new modern style, large, clean rooms and friendly staff eclipse them all. The staff went out of their way to keep me in the same room on my long 2 month stay, working with me on my reservation schedule. Their kindness made it a pleasure leaving and returning to the hotel each evening. You feel that you and your valuables are safe, but lock up any serious cash. The hotel location is directly between the center of Myeong-dong and Namdemun market, literally a 5 minuite walk to either, centering around Shinshigae department store. The hotel is about a 2 minuite walk from the Bank of Korea, on the same side of the street. Stay Classic hotel's entrance has a orange liner in front around the door, you can't miss it. The front desk is manned 24 hours a day. Good wifi, tv, airconditioning and hot water. The pillows are cool and soft, and the beds are 9.5 out of 10. You get 2 bottles of water free each day when your room is cleaned. Overall I rate this as a 5 star hotel! I plan to stay at the Stay Classic Hotel in my future trips!

The hotel was very spacious for two people. They had a fridge and a balcony which were pluses. The bathroom situation was interesting, there was no curtain to prevent water from getting everywhere else in the bathroom but it wasn’t the worst thing. The elevators could take a while to arrive but there are two, one in the hallway and one a bit more hidden to the side. When checking out you have to pay to put your luggage into lockers but you should go early because when we went around check out time, everyone else was doing the same thing and there were limited lockers. It was a hassle to get to the hotel with luggage’s, we had to lug it down stairs and upstairs to the opposite street

Good location (across street from Namdaemun Market ) and walkable to main sites. Staff were great. Room was clean and spacious, however, the bed is very very hard. Only one pillow was provided which makes it hard to rest against if recliner on the bed.
