The Prima Hotel was very clean and luxurious! We enjoyed our stay there very much. The staff were very helpful, they even helped me book a facial for me. When we needed more amenities they were happy to help us with that as well. The hotel also has a Art Gallery located in the back and hotel guests can go for free which I really enjoyed. The location was great, it was a 20 minute walk from Myeongdong or a 9 minte taxi. Also located a 10 minute walk from two major palaces which we visited.

Room is very clean and well supplemented. Free water bottle everyday for every guest is a plus. Towels are replaced everyday and you don't have to request it. Breakfast is superb. One time we cannot avail their breakfast as we had to leave early for a tour so they gave us free delicious sandwich. Excellent service. High recommended!

The location for the hotel is perfect. Close to the main attractions and has easy access to the subway. The rooms are clean, the breakfast buffet is excellent(varies every day) and the laundry room worked well for us after the hot humid days in seoul. Would absolutely stay here again!

Very clean and well maintained, Staff were very kind and helpful. For duble bed, my room was a little too small for two people. Chairs were without any lumbar support,so it will be hard for seniors to sit for a while in room. My USB charging loutlets were not working and lighting switches were very confusingly designed. Otherwise, I am so happy I booked this hotel.
