Flood toilet was awful. Yellow toilet paper on the bathroom floor with poop. Noisy Chinese people talk the phone, snore, hit the bed. It’s the first time I went to third country then maybe it’s normal in Asia. But, I will never back.

The room was appallingly dirty. It was clear it hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests: there was accumulated dirt and dust everywhere, and there was also hair on the floor, the toilet, and the bedding. There was even a small piece of plastic packaging on the floor left by a previous guest, that hadn't been cleaned away! There were also dark spots that looked like mold on the walls and the ceiling. There was a musty smell on the towels (like they had been left in the washing machine for too long before drying). I only stayed for one night, but it was far from a comfortable stay. I couldn't trust if the sheets had been washed or not, so I had to sleep on top of the towel. The location was the only thing that was good about this hostel, as well as the privacy of the room. If I had stayed for any longer than one night, I would have immediately left and booked another place after seeing the state of the room, but I didn't want to spend my only night in Seoul finding another place and travelling between hostels. I sent a complaint to the hostel, but I haven't heard anything back for a month now. I would absolutely avoid staying at this hostel, unless they do a deep clean and start making sure the rooms are properly cleaned in between guests!

ボイラーが壊れており、シャワーのお湯が出なかったが事前になんの説明もなくフロントに聞きに行った際にはスタッフはおらず、不便で不親切でした。また、共用トイレの換気が悪いのか誰かが用を足すと臭いがフロア中に広がり不快だった。唯一良い点はロケーション。

El personal del hotel es muy amable, Constanza que estaba en recepción es encantadora. Nos explicó todo con mucho detalle. El hotel está en una ubicación perfecta con una gran conexión tanto del aeropuerto como de la estación de tren ya que es línea directa. Cerca del hotel hay muchas cafeterías y restaurantes. Como punto negativo, si bien el hotel indica que no se use el secador a partir de las 12 de la noche, algunas personas de la habitación de al lado estuvieron hasta las 2 de la mañana secándose el pelo.

残念

お風呂が一面ガラス張りだったんですが(若干透ける)、ただ開いただけでガラス割れました。ハンマーで叩いても割れないガラスなんですと言われましたが強い力で開けたわけでもないのに本当に簡単に割れたので設備に問題があったと思います。それで大金を払わされて、泊まることもできなくなったので残念でした。ついでに、トイレも流した時詰まって溢れてきました。ゲストハウス自体はデザインもよく綺麗だったので尚残念でした。

Stayed here for 3 nights while in Sinchon. All the staff and the owner were extremely kind of helpful. There are tons of cafes & good restaurants nearby as well as Yonsei university. The building is very modern and there is a lot of shopping around as well if that's your thing. This is also the cheapest place in the area, but it didn't feel like a cheap place to me at all.

This hostel is rather modern and new. The location is amazing for all the activities around Sinchon, Yeonnam-dong and Hongdae as well as other areas, as the bus stop is really close by, with many buses. there is a bit of a hill to get to the hostel along the roads, but I found after arriving that there is a nice staircase/ramp from the main road directly to the hostel. It comes out right in front of the hostel. My only (and significant)complaint is that I booked a deluxe double room to be by myself. But when I got there, the double rooms are actually two rooms (each with their own door obviously) that share a common entryway. Not usually a problem, but the door to each room was not able to be locked AT ALL. there was a flimsy latch and hook, and not even a door handle, so the door was always slightly open. I did not feel comfortable staying in the room as I didn't know who was staying in the other room, and they had 24 hour access to myself and my belongings. Not what you expect when you fork out the extra money to have a room to yourself. I expect privacy and security. (Note the door to the common entryway was secure, with an electronic keypad). in the room you also heard all the plumbing and other noises, as the plumbing is not hidden or insulated in a roof cavity, but the room follows an industrial style of exposed plumbing. Also, I stayed during winter and the room had a portable radiator to heat the room. It did get the room warm enough but i didnt like that.

홍대 게하로 강추합니당!

홍대쪽 숙소를 찾다가 발견하게 되서 다녀왔어용 2층침대가 1개있는 방에서 썼구요 너무많은 인원이 있는 방이 아니라서 신청했는데... 운좋게 같이 방쓰시는 분이 안오셔서 혼자 썼어요! 건물도 깨끗하구요 방도 큰편이고 방이랑 침대랑 이불도 깨끗했구요 수건이랑 이불에서는 섬유유연제 향이 많이나서 좋았어용! 화장실이 공용이긴하지만 변기와 세면대 샤워시설이 한칸에 다 있어서 볼일도보고 바로 씻기도 편했구요 4칸이 있었는데 사람이 다차서 못쓴적은 없었어용! 홍대쪽에서 게하 찾으시는분들 저렴하고 깨끗한 댓하우스 강추합니다

3-5mins walk from hongik university subway

we went by the longer route (via google map) to get to the hostel & it was a up-hill challenge.. there's another shorter route which the staffs informed us and it's definitely faster. That aside, we got the family room at the very last min, 2 hours before check in. It was spacious, 2 queen size bed for 4 adults, a little sofa corner and private bathroom and we are on the first floor. A really new hostel, as the aircon is only used during summer (and it's now still winter), we rely on the ventilation from the window which doesnt have a lock which is really dangerous. Otherwise, you hear foot steps of other guests walking by to get to their rooms on the next level. Great for budget travellers, it is walking distance to the main hongdae night street, there's full of life at night, shopping, cafes, food. Takes about 10mins by foot to get there, location is not too bad.
