Loved the hotel which was relatively small but ideally located so close to shops, restaurants and short walk to subway, buses and some of the key sights of Seoul. The hotel was clean, room was good sized and the staff were excellent.

Nice hotel and great location. It is very close to insadong and lots of restaurants. I was very satisfied with large room which includes one king bed and one single bed. The staff were warm and attentive from check-in to check-out, going out of their way to recommend nearby restaurants and help with directions. My room was spacious and immaculately clean, thoughtfully designed, and quiet despite being so central. The beds were genuinely comfortable, and I woke up refreshed every morning. What really sets Hotel Sunbee apart is the location-to-value ratio — you’re walking distance from Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bukchon Hanok Village, and the subway, but prices stay reasonable without any drop in comfort or service. If you want an authentic, well-located, and impeccably run stay in Seoul, Hotel Sunbee delivers on every front. I’d book again without hesitation.

Friendly staff, and complementary coffee in the morning, which was nice because most businesses don’t open until later. Excellent location within walking distance to many sightseeing areas and restaurants. Hotel is located on a quieter street just a block away from busier roads. There is a small coffee shop onsite. Room was very clean, any travel amenities you could need were available upon request. Took a bit to figure out the air conditioner but the Google Translate app made that a fairly simple task.

We chose this hotel based on location and the on-site laundry. Both worked out very well. The location was convenient to many things we were interested in, plus it was close to the Jonggak metro. The hotel was in the perfect location to explore Insadong. The room was bigger and better than I had expected, very clean and no issues at all. We got there early and the check-in staff was kind enough to let us check in early which was great. He was also super helpful at check-out recommending a better and closer bus stop to take to the airport and confirming we could use cash instead of re-upping on T-money. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay.
