We loved our corner room on the 18th floor a lot. The views were amazing day and night. Close to everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Having lockers available for the luggage helped a lot, as we arrived 5 hours before check-in (which I found inconvenient being at 3;00pm). Highly recommended!!!

I spent a week at the Stanford in Myeongdong, in a superior double room, which was quiet, spacious and well-maintained. It even had a nice view of Namsan Park and tower. Aside from the wifi signal being a little weak at one end of the room, I have no complaints at all and would happily stay again. As many guests note, the hotel’s location is excellent, and its staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fine, but there isn’t much in it for those who, like me, are lactose intolerant and prefer to eat Western food.
