Very spacious room for my family of 3. Subway station is below the hotel and steps from nighttime shopping in Dongdaemun. Bus stop to Hannam and Gangnam is across the street. 10-minute walk to Gwangjang Market. Will definitely stay here again.

I've been traveling to Seoul for 26 years and the staff at this hotel were far and away the best I've ever encountered. The room was great, but there's no real need to pay extra for a "higher level" room. I stayed in two rooms, and they were both clean, quiet, and fairly room for Korean hotel standards.

Great staff, location, and very clean. I have stayed here many times on business in Korea, and would love to return to stay here again! This location is very convenient because there is a coach/ limo bus that goes directly from the airport to Dongdaemon Historic district which is about 100 feet from the hotel. There is also a subway stop out front, and plenty to walk to in the area. There is laundry, a nice gym and everything you need. Thank you again to the staff for a wonderful visit!

Overall, everything was fine except they should have an option to turn off the heater although it’s winter. We stayed on level 7 and the sounds and noise from the traffic was still very obvious.

Enjoyed staying at the property as it was conveniently located in Dongdaemun, specifically just outside exit 4 of Dongdaemun culture and history park station (there's an elevator which is a huge plus when you're bringing luggage). There are a few malls nearby (not glitzy like The Hyundai/ Lotte/ Shisegae), but with adequate shops to buy what you'd want form Korea. The Dongdaemun Design Plaza was also a surprising plus with the art/design exhibitions on display (helpful when the weather isn't so good for outdoor sightseeing). Probably an improvement would be on the breakfast offerings. Would be great if there were changes day to day or perhaps a daily few special items that guests would be excited about.

The property was clean. But issue is breakfast. Foods are some what left from previous day. Walked in the restaurant 7:05 am, right after the hotel open for breakfast but milk is almost gone, seemed previous days left over. Other food qualities were same. Very blend dishes, not fresh. Never going back. Not recommand at all.

アクセスの良さが抜群です。日本語を話す従業員の方もいます。残念な点といえば、トイレに温水洗浄便座(ウォッシュレット)があるのにスイッチ押しても使えなかったことと、コインロッカーの数が少なくてすぐ埋まってしまう事くらいです。概ね満足なのでまた利用したいと思います。

今回、Jangchung Arenaで開催されるLIVEに参戦する為にこのホテルに宿泊を決めました。いつもホテル選びは、地下鉄の最寄り駅からのアクセスの良さとLIVE会場へのアクセスの良さを考えて選びます。まず、前者は、地下鉄の駅を降りて地上に上がったら目の前にホテルの入口があり驚き、後者はLIVE会場まで地下鉄の乗り換えがなるべく少なくとこのホテルを選びましたが、現地に行ってみたらホテルからLIVE会場まで距離にして1km 無く、徒歩で移動出来る事が分かり、アクセスの良さは言うことなし。もちろん、ホテルの滞在も快適に過ごす事が出来ました。
