I stayed here with my two teenagers. We had a room with a bunk bed that could comfortably sleep two people on each level. At first, I was a little concerned because there was no elevator and the room was a bit smaller than I expected, but the staff was incredibly helpful, carrying our heavy luggage up and down for us when we arrived and departed.
We also loved the cute kitchen where you can have simple breakfast. It was so convenient, and my son absolutely loved making Nutella sandwiches there every morning!
What impressed me most was the incredible flexibility and kindness of the staff. I wish I had gotten their names, but both of them were exceptionally friendly. They even offered to move our laundry into our room once it finished drying so we could head out early without waiting around. It was clear that the staff genuinely enjoy working there and chatting with travelers, which made the atmosphere so welcoming.
While it’s not a luxury hotel, it is a wonderfully down-to-earth accommodation that has everything you need. Plus, the location is fantastic, surrounded by many restaurants, shops, bus stops, and subway stations. So small space really didn't matter because we mostly stayed outside and enjoyed the night in Hongdae!
