Overall, I'd say it's a pretty good hotel. It was fairly clean, although the sheets were a little dirty. It was a comfortable place to stay. If I'm ever in this area id most likely book this place again!

Great location and excellent service from staff. Nice coffee machine in the lobby. Unfortunately, the room was small and very dark, even with all the lights on. The paint colour is very dark and the window is blacked out. Would be fine for one night or two.

It’s very clean and has good amenities. The staff are very helpful and offer unlimited water bottles and some basic drinks. Very convenient location-and convenient store right at the bottom and very close to stations. Would love to stay again. Only one issue that it has a small window with black tape on so ppl date during the day time and if you have issues with windows not showing outside and you might feel suffocated a bit. I asked to change the room to the room with curtains but if you keep the window open to see the outside, you will feel hot and humid so you might want to open the window only during the night time or early morning. To be honest, I don’t recommend to open the window cuz the air is very humid and not so clean if you are from like North America or any area that has big nature and clean air, my bronchitis got worse while I stayed in Korea so I had to wear a mask or keep drinking water.

The air conditioner broke down, causing water to overflow and flood the floor. While I appreciate the prompt response to fix it, it broke down again shortly after, requiring a second repair. Due to this experience, I will not be staying here again.

立地・価格は満足、衛生面にやや難あり

急遽ソウルで1泊することになり、チェックイン時間直前に予約しました。到着まで時間がなかったにも関わらず、フロントの方は丁寧に対応してくださり、チェックアウト時も感じの良い接客でした。 部屋は禁煙でしたがタバコの臭いがあり、朝には下水のような匂いもしました。また、水回りには小蝿が頻繁に現れ、雨で濡れた服を干していたところにもついてきたのが不快でした。 ベッドやシーツは清潔で、立地や価格を考えれば相応の内容だと思います。
