We had a wonderful stay at Shilla Stay Seodaemun. The location was excellent! It was very convenient for getting around and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Overall hotel was very good! Location was awesome, staff excellent, bathroom was huge and up to date. Bed was comfortable, but room temp was hard to regulate, electric outlets in room were in poor condition, but the one in the bathroom was excellent, so charging items in bathroom was necessary. No usb or other charging options.

Shilla Hotel was a really great stay. The rooms were clean, and the room service cleaned up at a timely manner. The staff service was exceptional helping me with anyquestions and concerns I had . The amenities were lack luster besides the breakfast. The rooms needed a microwave and the Air conditioning work but when you needed to lower to the temperature to cool of the room it wouldn’t. The breakfast on the under hand was ten out of ten for sure. The diversity in food in the morning was a delight . If I was to rate my stay it would be 3.5 out of 5 stars .
