The room was spotless and had everything I needed for my 7-day stay. The staff were friendly and spoke English, which made everything much easier. The hotel is in a great location—just a 6-minute walk to the train station and the Myeongdong area. The nights were quiet, and I slept very well. The bed was comfortable and soft, and the room even had a large refrigerator, which was really convenient. Overall, a very comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Excellent stay and great price and convenient to all attractions. Clean and well maintained. Rooms were comfortable for 2. Comes with washer and dryer which is a big plus! Would stay here again! Staff also were very nice!

2日目の夜中2時頃非常ベル(部屋でタバコを吸ったみたい)なって避難したらどうしたの？て感じで説明をしてくれなかった。 非常ベルなんて初めてなのでビックリした。 お茶とコーヒーがあったが補充してくれないので毎日フロントに行ってもらって来た。紙コップも 場所はとても良い場所でした。

英語対応はもちろん、従業員の方次第ですが日本語対応もしていただけたので、安心して宿泊することができました。 ホテルは全体的に綺麗でした。 入口は表口、裏口どちらからでも入れます。 1階にはコンビニがありました。飲食料品はもちろん、歯ブラシや下着など、必需品を忘れてしまった時もすぐに購入できます。 14階にテラスがあって、椅子に座ってゆっくりできます。 そのほかの留意点は以下のとおりです。 ・室内に無いもの 歯ブラシ カミソリ ハンドソープ（ボトルタイプ） ・室内にあったもの シャンプー トリートメント ボディソープ 固形石鹸 バスタオル ハンドタオル 部屋着（白のガウン） スリッパ 金庫 冷蔵庫 テレビ ティッシュ ドライヤー Wi-Fi ・多分ですが、カードキーをドア付近の壁に付いた端末に刺さないとエアコンが動きませんでした（リモコンの電源は入りますが、エアコンの風向口が開きませんでした）。 ・朝出かける時はドアノブに「掃除してください」の札をかけないとベッドメイキングしてくれませんでした（ゴミ箱とシャワールームのマットは交換してくれました）。 ・チェックアウト後はフロントに伝えると荷物を預かってもらえます（おおよその時間を伝えると、荷物と引き換えに時間と番号をメモした券をもらえます）。 ・キャリーバッグの空港配送サービスはやってなさそうです。

明洞駅から近く、ホテルの1階にコンビニもあるので、とても便利でした。 大人2人と中学生1人と小学生1人の、計4人で利用。ダブルベット２つのお部屋で、広くはないですが、収納や、広い机のような棚があり、冷蔵庫も大きく、過ごしやすかったです。綺麗で清潔なお部屋で良かったです。また利用したいです。
