快適に過ごせました。一人暮らしをしている感じです。ベットは広いし床暖も付いてるので冬は暖かいです。キッチンはお皿も箸もスプーンも付いてます。電子レンジ、ポットもあるので自炊したい方には丁度いいかも。もし自炊をするのならラップとキッチンペーパー持っていった方が良いかも！　でも防犯は少し心配です。

少しわかりづらい場所にありますが、部屋は広くスタッフの方もとても親切でした。ただ下水の臭いが気になるのと、お風呂がとても滑りやすく転んでしまったのでそこだけ注意です。

寒い12月の利用でしたが、エアコンを付けずとも床暖房が常に入っておりずっと暖かく帰ってきて凍える事はありませんでした。私にとっての問題はダブルベットが高反発すぎて私には合わずなかなか寝ることが出来なかったです。笑

꽤 괜찮은 숙소

숙소가 역에서 매우 가깝지만 대로에서 조금 들어간 곳이라 주변이 조용합니다. 도착 전에 문자로 설명과 함께 약도를 보내주셔서 숙소를 쉽게 찾을 수 있었습니다. 방을 안내해주신 여자사장님이 친절하게 설명해주셔서 별다른 불편함 없이 지낼 수 있었습니다. 숙소는 원룸형으로 되어 있고 건물전체가 주택인 것 같습니다. 생활소음/층간소음은 아침에 좀 있는 것 같은데 저녁이나 밤에 잘 때는 쥐죽은 듯이 조용해서 숙면을 취할 수 있었습니다. 객실 내에는 가스레인지, 전자레인지 등이 있어 간단한 요리가 가능합니다(냄새나는 요리는 안된다니 참고하세요). 화장실은 좁은 편이지만 사용하기에는 불편함이 없습니다. 다만 바닥이 좀 미끄러워서 미끄럼 방지 스티커 같은게 필요해 보입니다. 수건은 깨끗하긴 한데 거친 느낌이어서 좀더 부드러운 것으로 준비해 주시면 좋을 것 같습니다. 숙소 주변에 24시간 운영하는 식당이 몇 군데 있고 대로 쪽으로 나오면 편의시설도 있어서 편리합니다. 전체적으로 볼 때 서울의 웬만한 숙소보다는 나은 것 같습니다.

숙박하기 매우 좋습니다.

처음 찾아들어가기가 힘듭니다. 하지만 숙소상태, 주인분에 친절함은 매우 만족스럽습니다. 방도크고 청결도 좋네요. 지하철과 매우 가깝고 주위에 싼식당도 있어서 생활하기 좋습니다. 근처 가로수길이 있어서 밤에 즐기기도 좋습니다. 다음 출장때도 재방문하고 싶습니다.

위치는 좋은편.

숙박시설의 위치는 좋고, 주인분들도 문의에 답변 빠르고, 성의가 있습니다. 개선했으면 하는 부분은 수건과 욕실 냄새 그리고 객실의 휴지. 수건은 찜찜한 냄새와 뻣뻣함이 얼굴을 닦기에는 마뜩찮은 수준입니다. 욕실에는 하수구 냄새가 났습니다. 환풍기가 없으니 탈취제를 놓아두면 좋겠다는 의견입니다. 마지막으로 객실 헤드테이블에 두루마리 휴지가 놓여 있는데, 훼이셜 티슈가 있으면 좋겠습니다. 취사시설이 있지만, 음식을 먹을 수 있는 테이블이 없어서 불편했습니다.

カロスキル散策に良し

新沙駅５番出口から近いので移動に便利。また、カロスキル散策にはもってこいです。受付は建物入った2階の部屋を訪ねました。若いオーナーさんがいらっしゃるのですが、タイミングが合わないとご両親らしき方が出ていらっしゃいます。部屋は広めでキッチンも付いていました。バスルームにはシャンプー類と歯磨き粉もあり、冷蔵庫には無料のお水も用意されていました。掃除やタオル交換などは回数が決まっているようです。滞在中も何かあればメールで対応してくれるとの事でした。周りは飲食店が多いですが裏に入ったところなので特にうるさい事もありません。コンビニは駅を出たすぐのGSに併設されています。

가성비 좋은 편안한 1박

취사가 가능한 넓은방과 지하철이 가깝게 있어 편리함. 원룸을 개조한 것이지만 관리상태가 좋아 깨끗함. 다만 화장실이 샤워하기에는 비좁고 방에 티슈가 없음.

1박 2일로는 좋아요.

청소와 관리상태가 참 좋습니다. 가로수길이 가까이 있어 산책겸 걸어갔다와도 됩니다. 바로 옆에 모던한 펍이있어 맥주한잔 하기도 좋고요. 그러나 다세대주택(원룸)을 리모델링한 거라 편의성과 시설면에서 호텔과는 차이가 있습니다. 특히 화장실이 좁아 샤워하기가 어렵습니다. (세면과 머리 감는대는 아무 문제 없고요.)

I went to Seoul for the weekend to visit some friends. I hadn't seen this place before, but it looked nice. The room is basically an actual apartment. It comes with gas burners, a tv, and amenities (but if you need a toothbrush bring your own). There is no actual check-in desk as far as I know so be ready for that. It is in an apartment type building. The owner is friendly and thorough with explanations. The atmosphere of it is nice, and it is in a convenient location. So I have no complaints.

1人で来る時にはいつもこちらを利用させて頂いています。 1人でのんびりゆっくり泊まれるので、とても気に入っています。ガス代やレンジなどもあるし、お皿や包丁などもあるのでスーパーで買い物して自炊することもできます。周辺もカフェやコンビニなど沢山あるので本当に便利です。また次の時も必ず利用させていただきます！！

Beyond Excellent Customer Service and Great location from the “Han river Park”.First time staying at the “gust house” and everything was wonderful! Made me feel welcome I will definitely return again. I absolutely loved it!! 편하고 자유로워요

집같아서 좋았어요~ 병원들려야해서 혼즈 잠시 온거였는디 사장님도 친절하시고 무엇보다 주위가 조용해서 너무너무 좋았어요~ 개인 사정때문에 좀 일찍 도착했는데도 방을 준비해주셔서 편하게 쉬었어요~~ 부엌도 있어서 요리해먹어도 괜찮을거 같더라구요ㅎ 다음엔 단단히 준비해서 한번 더 가보려구요~~ 혼자 묵기 딱 좋아요
