Could Not Have Been Better!

The receptionist (Mr. Lee?) was extremely hard working and amazingly hospitable and considerate. Clean rooms, great location and fair prices. What more can one ask for?? Highly recommend.

The location of the property is great since it is right by city station. The staff at the front desk is very nice. The place itself is decent and I got one of the cheaper rooms but it was OK. I liked it and the only real issue is that the staff likes to sweep the dirt under the bed. You’ll see about five years worth if you look

The biggest problem was the bathroom- lots of mold everywhere, moldy smell. The room itself was fine- small and not super well lit, but the AC worked and the bed was fine. The area around the hotel has a lot of smokers, but it didn't seep into the hotel. Luggage could be stored at the front desk, which was convenient, but sometimes you had to wait for a bit before someone came to the front desk.

1日飛び泊でしたが、フロントスタッフが顔と名前を覚えていてくれたのでチェックイン時間の2時間前にアーリーインができました！こういった気遣いができるスタッフは嬉しい。ホテルの中は床暖房だけでもかなり効いていてむしろ暑いくらい！笑ランドリーコーナーが最上階？の少し中に入ったとこにあります。無料で使えました！22時以降のチェックインはフロントスタッフがいなかったらデスク上にキーなどが置いてあるのでそれを取って入室するだけです！総合的に考えるとアクセス部分だけ悪いとこがありますが、寝るためにホテルを予約している人には値段的にも良いと思います

日本語話せるスタッフに巡り会えなかったが、身振り手振りで色々伝えてくれた。評価に書いてあるほど部屋は汚くなく、過ごしやすい部屋だった。シャワートイレが一緒になっているのは清潔ではないがある意味便利だった（使い方次第では）。日本では味わえない体験でした

とても快適に過ごせました。 シャワーがトイレの手前にあるので、シャワーを浴びた後は床がびしょびしょの中トイレへ行かなければならないのが難点ですが、それが気にならなければ、充分に過ごしやすいホテルです。 日本語のできるスタッフの方がいて安心です。

外観は真っ黒の自動ドアで　風俗店かラブホみたいでした笑笑　フロントは夜の間に不在です とチェックイン時に言われました。日本語の上手なお兄さんでした。部屋には電気ポットがなかったのが不便でしたが、とても過ごしやすい部屋でした。「夜は床暖房になるので暑かったらエアコン付けてね」と言われ、驚いたけど本当に暖かく暑いくらいで、小窓を開けたらちょうど良かった。周辺のアクセスが良いのでとっても便利です。明洞は徒歩で、地下鉄も1号線と4号線に近い。ソウル駅へもバスで2ストップ　大きいスーツケースで移動もバスが楽でした。また泊まりたいです。

スタッフが日本語がお上手で、なんと7ヶ国語話せるそうです。いろいろお店も紹介してくれて、ホテル到着直後にすぐお店に入る事が出来たので、疲れもぶっ飛びました。会う度に気持ちよく挨拶もしてくれるので楽しい旅行になりました。 近くに飲食店も多数、コンビニ、南大門市場も近いので、観光にも最高の場所です。

床はベタベタしスリッパなしでは絶対に歩けません。 浴室は天井、壁、床全てにショックを受けるほどのカビが生えておりかなり不潔です。 近くに飲食店が多いので外から声が聞こえます。壁が薄いので隣室のテレビの音、話し声、シャワー音が聞こえます。 ベッドと枕だけは唯一綺麗です。 冷蔵庫には水が2本ありました。 コンドームが置いてありラブホテルのようです。 泊まるのはおすすめできないです…。
