コップが使用済みだったこと。 ティッシュが空箱だった。 水道がもれて、顔を洗おうとすると足元がびちゃびちゃになった。 スタッフの方と建物自体はとても素敵でした。

MAKE-UPの札を掛けておらず、タオル類が前日のままで、連絡するとフェイスタオルのみ貸してくださいました。バスタオルは없어요(ないです)...と言われました。しかし翌日は札を掛けると用意して下さっていました。行かれる人は気をつけてください(^^)個人的にまた利用させて頂きたいです。

スタッフさんがとてもやさしかった！駅からもわりと高かったけどわたしが泊まってた時目の前の道が工事して掘り起こしていて、完全に出れなくなってしまい困りました。靴を泥だらけにしながら無理やり出かけたけど、小さい道の前にあるとこういう難点があるのだな、と。

室内は暑いくらいだったので冬場に行かれる方も半袖のパジャマがあるといいと思います。従業員の方はフレンドリーで手続きもとても簡単でした。 またホンデに泊まる際はお願いしたいです^_^

夜に到着予定だったので、あえてチェックイン深夜0時のここにしたのに、23時すぎに着いたらもう扉もしまっており、受付もいませんでした。 扉に私の名前と部屋の番号、パスワードが紙に書かれて貼ってありました。みんなが見られるしセキュリティなんて無いもの同然。 扉のテンキーも反応わるくて中々開かないし、入るまでに散々でした。 チェックイン深夜0時まででなければ予約なんてしませんでした。 説明文書き換えた方が良いのでは？

一人部屋だと受付から1メートル先の目の前の部屋でほんとにベッドだけ。 大きいキャリーだと広げるの難しいかも？ 寝るだけだから十分でした。テレビも冷蔵庫もあるしバスルームもシャンプーリンスボディソープ付。歯ブラシとタオルも有り。 安いホテルにありがちな、髪の毛が落ちてたりはなかったので、清潔なのがよかったです。

離地鐵稍稍小遠了一點，第一天睡得時候覺得棉被上略有灰塵，其餘都很好，櫃檯也很親切助人，只是有時候沒人在回有點不方便，第一天也沒有告知要找人該怎麼做，最後一天才告知可以代訂宵夜，希望很多資訊能在check in時就一次說清楚：）謝謝

價格優惠，地區方便

整體感覺也可以，就在弘大商圈附近，步行到弘大入口站10分鐘內的距離，以這個價格算是很不錯。我們原本訂了2張單人床的房型，但到達前被通知厠所塞了，故當晚安排了另一款較大但沒有獨立浴室的房型給我們，幸好這幾天同層(只有2間客房)沒有其他房客，故浴室仍是我們自己使用。民宿的工作人員沒有太熱情，但基本禮貌還是可以的，晚上也可以幫忙叫炸雞外賣。

位置方便 友善員工

距離弘大地下鐵和十字路口只有大約五至十分鐘路程，無論是行街或食飯也十分方便，附近也有711和cu便利店。 員工懂中文，溝通無問題，也十分有禮貌，也可以幫忙叫炸雞。 房間是ikea簡約風，感覺十分乾淨，地暖也充夠。 總結是一次十分不錯的住宿體驗，下次應該也會選擇mono house

立地もいいし綺麗な部屋

チェックインの時に中国人？の方に 受付して頂きましたが翻訳機を使って 丁寧に教えていただきました！ 部屋も綺麗で一人で泊まるのには すごくよかったです！ シャワーとトイレが同じで少し狭かったが我慢できる範囲でした！ 清潔感もあってまた泊まります！

不值這價錢 很差的住宿體驗

這是第一次分享住宿體驗 因為之前都是別人訂房的 首先 因為覺得這間酒店(應該叫民宿吧)滿方便的 因為離弘大地鐵站大概幾分鐘路程 我們4月就已經在HOTELS.COM訂了2人房 但是第一天到步要CHECK IN的時候 我跟同行朋友也覺得太離譜了吧 我們等了至少二十分鐘吧 RECEPTION的人就一直透露出疑惑的眼神(就是想告訴我們: 他沒有收到我們的預訂資料) 後來我們把預早打印好的預訂資料和用手機開電郵給他們看 他才安排了一間FAMILY ROOM(要住3晚) 然後最後2晚才安排2人房給我們 我們開始的時候也沒想到什麼 就當自己很倒楣 可是 第一天吃完飯回到去的時候就覺得 超級不方便!! 因為廁所是要走出房門的 所以說你晚上想去個廁所也是要走出房門的 而且 明明看到我們牙膏用完了也沒補回來 最後要用LINE跟他們溝通才拿給我們 好吧 捱了3晚了 想到終於可以住回2人房了吧 住了一晚2人房後 隔天出門我們掛了牌讓這酒店的人幫我們整理房間 但我們回來之後 抽取式紙巾用完了竟然沒有給我們補一盒新的 最離譜的就是 竟然沒有人摺床!! 連最基本的也沒有.... 然後水壓也是有一點小問題 就是你邊洗澡的時候 明明是暖水或比較熱的水 但會突然變冷 (應該是因為隔壁房有人也正在洗澡吧) 總之 我是不會介紹這酒店給朋友 也不會再入住了 是一次很差的住宿體驗!!!

地點便利的酒店

酒店位置好,隔壁就有便利店,走5分鐘就到弘大大街,到地鐵站約10分鐘路程.隔音挺好,我們第一天CHECK IN 沒人在接待處,接待處有時候會沒人,不過門口會有WIFI密碼給你,方便聯絡他們.大概等了8分鐘,才有人回來.酒店整潔度有待改善,我住的房間不太乾淨.

ホンデの駅から近く、大変便利です。部屋の内装もオシャレで、綺麗に清掃もされています。カギも番号でのロックで、自分で番号も設定できるため安心でした。LINEで問い合わせもでき、良かったです。

與地鐵站距離約5-10分鐘路程 很方便 而且酒店外面就有C&U便利商店 走前一個街口亦有7-11便利商店以及olive young商店 非常方便
