Overall, it is excellent to stay!!!

We are so enjoyable to stay in this hotel. In particular, we would like to express our gratitudes to the kindness of the staffs, the quick response to problems, and the ability to work. And there is a cultural space around the hotel and the park is close, so it is leisurely, abundant, and safe. It is highly recommended because it is a good place to enjoy a vacation in the city when you need a rest after an exhausting flight.

The hotel was very nice. I didn't understand the pool scheduling at first, but eventually I understood why they had time slots for pool use. This was to provide a private session for those to enjoy. The area was around a lot of stairs, great for doing a workout outdoors. There were a lot of restaurants near by which made finding food convenient. The staff was nice and smiled each time my sister and I exited and entered the building.

Very convient, close to both airport, Airport Express line just below. Lots of nice local restaurants. New clean hotel, only downfall its far from central so it will take you 45 min to 1 hr to get to tourist places. Great choice of breakfast.

Great hotel, felt very clean and comfortable! Good service. The location is good with restaurants and shops in the area. Takes about 35-40 minutes to areas like myeongdong but the subway is really easy once you get the hang of it. :) Would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

A newly built hotel with great overall facilities. Everything was nice, but I didn’t receive the Expedia VIP benefits as expected, and there weren’t many staff members, so there was always a bit of a line at the front desk. Still, a solid stay overall!

Only thing i have to complain about is their central ac system. Hotel controls the temperature of the room. It was really hot in the room. Being from canada i’m not used 25c indoor temperature. Every night i ended up opening the window in the room.

Decent Hotel - Hospitality lacking

During our stay at the Mercure, we enjoyed the convenient location and the clean, reasonably priced rooms. However, the hospitality left something to be desired. The check-in process felt a bit impersonal, and we didn’t always feel welcomed by the staff. The pool experience was particularly disappointing: we had to make a reservation and then were required to purchase a bathing cap at an additional cost, which made us feel that the customer experience wasn’t a priority. The breakfast buffet was decent, but we had to wait a long time for a table even with a reservation. Overall, while the hotel has some positives, the lack of a welcoming atmosphere would make us think twice about returning.

Great stay, still new feeling and room was a good size. Good location, only 15 mins on metro to centre of seoul. Good food choices nearby, highly recommend Js hotpot on basement level. Downsides were breakfast times - closing by 9.30 on weekdays and although later on weekends, you have to book a designated time - we were made very aware we were to be gone by 9.15 on a sat, not acceptable in a 5* hotel. Very much angled to short stay or business people. Cleaning was hit and miss with dirty cups not being changed and tea, toilet roll not being replaced. However, small issues and overall an enjoyable stay for a week to discover Seoul at a more reasonable price than city centre.

清潔でとても綺麗なホテルです。空港鉄道で1本なので仁川でも金浦でも使いやすいと思います。アシアド競技場でのコンサートのため利用しましたが、終演後でもホテル近くのチキン屋が24時まで開いていたり、ホテル地下のセブンイレブンが営業していたので助かりました。ホテル周りの飲食店も多いので、朝食昼食も済ませられます。道路挟んで向かいにオリヤンもあります。 唯一残念だったのはシャワーの水圧です。温度を上げるほど水圧が心許ない水量になるので、冬などは凍えるかもしれません
