It’s very modern with great amenities and very well maintained. Most of the staff weee friendly and helpful except for the bar staff. They kept telling me there was no red wine but the restaurant had some and so did room service. When another staff member came along he went and got a bottle. But the next day a different staff member said there was none available again. Red wine is a very basic drink and the fact the bar staff was so dismissive was annoying.

The location was great, with three metro stations within walking distance, plenty of food options nearby, a large park right next to the hotel, and a museum close by. However, the room felt overpriced for its size, and the hotel is a bit far from downtown Seoul.

We really liked this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was very close to public transportation. Although it’s a bit far from the city center, it’s closer to the airport, which made it perfect for our last days. We had a great stay!

I had a great stay at Mercure Ambassador Seoul Magok. The hotel was modern, clean, and well-maintained, and the room was comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the facilities, especially the gym and pool, were excellent. The location was convenient for public transportation and getting to Gimpo/Incheon Airports, although it takes some time to reach the main tourist areas. Overall, I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and felt that the hotel offered great value for money. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Seoul.
