The personal don't speak english but are still trying. One is really nice the others are really useless same if they would not be there.
Looking at the room the bed is made out of plastic literally sleeping on plastic the only plus it there is a big bath and the size of the room is quite big for south korea.
If you are looking for a hotel where you can unpack your bag it is not the one there no wadrobe.
Good for one or two night if you really don't mind but more i would not advise i left with back problem
