Liked: Staff & service
The room was a bit run down, the bed super hard. The location is great and the hotel is safe
Excellent location and price however you get what you pay for. The washroom was very dirty despite it being cleaned before our stay. We also found stains on our sheets and dust behind items when moved to make more space (ex, the phone and coffee tray). If you do not care for cleanliness, i recommend booking this place! However if this is something that really bothers you, pls look elsewhere. Despite all, the location was exceptional, literally steps away from the metro and the most lively street with tons of bakeries and activities.
I stayed a week. The location, on the famous Pocha St, is great. It can be super loud but on the 8th floor, it was ok. My room was around 150 sq ft. Maybe... The mattress was on the floor so it was hard. There is no cleaning of the room, even for a one week stay.
Great location next to metro entrance. Multiple restaurants and cafes in that area. Room would need bit update and bathroom was bit dirty but still okey.
The hotel was at one of the best locations. The room wasnt big but enough to fit 2 people. The bed was hard like sleeping on the floor but its okay if you sleep on your back.
Suggest to bring ear plugs as the hotel faces one of the main streets so it gets pretty loud til about 2am.
But the hotel's location makes up for everything. If youre under 30, this is perfect for you, right across from bars, food street and shopping.
Super convenient Hotel with subway access right outside. It’s also walkable to a lot of areas and there are numerous restaurants and bars right outside
Perfect location right near subway and lots of the things you gotta see in Seoul. Seems like the area would be lively all night but I was on the 8th floor so no problems. Clean room, could connect netflix! All I could ask for a fast paced trip to Seoul!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Really hard beds and no chair, closet or other furniture in room. Otherwise location was close to many sites, metro and eating. Bathroom was good enough. Staff spoke English but not smoothly. Fair price.
Excellent value and very good regardless of price. Stay away if you’re picky. Well-used but clean and proper. All of the necessary amenities. Location and price are dynamic duo.
I liked the decor of the lobby. It felt very warm and inviting. Appreciated that the rooms seemed very clean and modern. Helpful staff. Excellent location.

well, if you like crowds, definitely this hotel will be perfect. But it’s bit too much. shopping and the choice of restaurants were great.
This hotel is okay for the short term. It’s missing important things for long term stay like laundry service and daily room cleaning services. Its location is very convenient however. It is also quite small. I still enjoyed my stay though. There are other options in the area at the same price point that are more flushed out in services. Good for the short term this place is.
We loved the location of the hotel. I liked that it seemed more personable. The room seemed clean. We admired the bathroom. Staff was very eager to please. We LOVED the neighborhood. We hope to return to Korea. If we do, we will always consider this hotel first.
Great location with lots nearby, but that comes along with a good bit of street noise at night so request a room on the alley side of the building and/or be prepared to bring earplugs if that’s going to bother you.
Other than that one note it’s a perfect spot to check out central Seoul. Super clean, great staff, nice rooftop to hang out on.

Great location for a tourist seeing Seoul. Train station at the front door, lots of sights in easy walking distance. Street outside gets very busy every night so ask for a room facing away from the street to minimise noise. We overlooked the street and sleep was difficult until i got earplugs. Rock hard beds. Great shower pressure. No where to do laundry. Very convenient location.
Do not stay at this property if you want a nice stay. The area is amazing but lively at night and loud.
The room was grubby, mouldy and stuffy. The bathroom smelt bad and I felt very unsafe for the duration of my stay. The bed was honestly the hardest thing I have ever slept on. We stayed at 4 other places during our trip to Korea and nowhere else had beds like this.
The foyer is okay but the lift and corridor smells strongly off rancid fatty food. We think this was a re-fitted motel/love hotel. Avoid if possible.
If Kawasaki Warehouse, the old arcade in Japan modeled after Kowloon walled city, could become a hotel then this would be it. This place has a great location and the staff is super sweet. We could borrow umbrellas when it was raining and answered any questions we had. The room was clean where it mattered. The place is really for locals and patrons of other Asian countries, and we rather enjoyed that local flavor. I figured when I booked this place that it was either a cute boutique hotel, or a love hotel. It probably used to be boutique and then got sold to a different owner. Someone really loved this hotel at one point in time because there’s so much amazing attention to detail and style. Now it seems the restaurant downstairs is the primary income maker and thus more attention is spent on that. Since it’s on pretty much the bourbon street of Korea, there will be night markets late into the evening which actually weren’t that loud, but music started at midnight and went till about 5 PM. Maybe that music came from the downstairs restaurant which turns into a club. Who knows we didn’t investigate. The rooftop is awesome and gives views of the area. It’s peaceful. No one really used it so we enjoyed having coffee up there. It has a cute camping theme but items on the roof are deteriorating from years of being in the sun, likely forgotten by the current management. Still was a highlight for us. It was an ok hotel but would not return to stay on the street.
Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, superb location for tourists, especially ones who want nightlife as there are night markets right outside the door.
