This is a beautiful 5 star hotel. I recommend it highly. We stayed in the executive tower for 3 nights. The staff is attentive and available to deliver top service. Staff is amazing super helpful, and friendly. The building itself is not well maintained. The hotel has 2 parts: one is the main building, the other is the executive side. If you stay in the main building, the rooms are rough and look like 80s hotel rooms (it’s definitely not 5 stars). The executive side was better maintained.

The room was clean, spacious, and well designed. The staff were very friendly. The hotel lobby was beautiful. The hotel sits on top of a vast food court below and shopping mall. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Everything was so convenient. We will stay there again if we ever return.

Our stay was amazing. Each and every member of the staff from check in to check out was kind, professional and accommodating. The room and property was clean and well maintained in the executive tower. We appreciated the easy access to transportation and central location to various sites.
