My family and I really enjoyed the stay here. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We needed a taxi to go to Seoul station and they helped with the arrangements. The hotel is in a very nice, quite and safe area. Close to Guro Digital Complex station. Very clean and spacious. But if you are visiting Seoul for first time, probably this is not good location. Its very far from all tourism areas. Taxis were refusing to pick us up or drop us off due to heavy traffic and long distance. Metro also far. It would take one hour to commute to the city center. Otherwise the place is perfect.

Stayed at Lotte past two years, and I changed this year to a different hotel down nearby. I was mistaken. I changed back to Lotte in the middle of my stay in South Korea, because I knew Lotte had everything I needed: big, clean room. Laundry onsite. A bus limousine that picks you up in front of hotel. And a pretty good breakfast: Korean and American style. More importantly, Lotte is situated so close to the big E-Mart, which makes shopping and eating convenient. Lastly, the staff is friendly and will go out of their way to resolve any issues. Last year, for instance, I had issue with my Internet in hotel room and they promptly and quickly rectify it. In short: the Lotte brand lives up to its goal of excellence! I will stay again--next year!!! A. Ko
