I loved the shopping mall downstairs, it has plenty of stores, and the supermarket stays open until 11pm, which is perfect for late flights. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are spacious, making it easy to open and organize luggage.

For a one night airport stay, this did the job perfectly. Very close to the airport - we arrived late so couldn't walk via the mall, but it was less than 5 minutes walk overground and step free. As other reviewers have expressed worry about this access from outdoors, let me tell you how you reach the hotel without using the mall: Exit via gate 1 of arrivals hall Turn left and walk to the crossing. Cross and walk straight ahead over three crossing - you can see the mall and the hotel you are heading for. You then walk across a small park-like area. Stay to the left and you walk around the circle in the middle, Cross to the mall building. Turn to the right and walk a few feet to the hotel entrance. Also worth noting that although we left before the mall was open in the morning, you can still access the railway and airport via the closed Mall - there is a security guard as the lift opens who directed us to where the railway station was. Getting back to the room - it was clean, comfortable and all you need for a one night stay. We upgraded to the 'airport view' room and honestly I wouldn't bother because it is literally a view of the front of the airport, not what is suggested in the photos. Glad we chose this hotel - no frills, but did the job

Great service from reception staff. Kind and helpful. Room was clean and spacious, nothing bad to say but a bit disappointing that they don't provide toothbrush and tooth paste. It was mentioned that the hotel aims to reduce waste for the environment yet there were paper cups in the bathroom instead of glasses, I thought that was ironic. Nonetheless, great location and great hotel. I am 100% returning.

Great breakfast for sure! We flew in to Incheon but were flying out of Gimpo the next day. Booked this hotel and were not disappointed. Took the bus from Incheon to Gimpo and the underground walkway ( go to the subway then follow the signs for the Lotte Mall and hotel/cinema) to the hotel. Around a 10 minute walk. Rooms were comfortable and quiet for jet lagged sleepers. 24 hour 7-11 is a nice perk. Breakfast was fresh and had lots of choices. They even gave us a late checkout. Would definitely stay here again.

It is the best 3 star hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. I was surprised how quiet it was at night. You can see the hotel as soon as you exit the airport. It is huge. It’s a 5 minute walk at most. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. On the ground floor there is a shopping mall with dozens of restaurants and other shops including a grocery store for those on a budget. The buffet was nice but nothing special. Overall, it exceeded my expectations.
