Studio - comfortable stay for a night. Location - 10 mins walk away from airport bus stop and Nambu Bus Terminal subway station (Line 3). Safe for solo traveler. Room - can hear movement from room above. Water pressure is average. Convenience stores are within the vicinity. Check-in and check-out are all digital from your own phone. Bonus - Availability of luggage storage facility was useful prior to check-in. The room is equipped with washing machine, liquid detergent, microwave and basic cooking ware with cutlery.

Very clean hotel and excellent self check in process. Close to subway and public transit, overall great location. Had most cookware needed to cook for our son who has multiple food allergies. Close to a few grocery options. Missing a sponge to wash dishes. Guide regarding garbage rules could be more clear in English. Overall, a great stay and was able to communicate fairly easily using google translate for text messaging with the hotel.

Perfect

I stayed for a month and it was a great experience! Close to everything! Restaurants, train/subway station and shopping markets. If you stay there you should definitely check the stores close to Sinsa and Gamgnam (the wealthiest neighborhoods in Seoul.

New and comfortable room. However, even higher floors feel like underground rooms, as theres no direct day light due to the neighbour building. As for the location, it has well connected public transportation, however it's not a beautiful area. To have a luggage storage room available is very helpful.

Location was convenient, room was nice. Not super spacious but well situated and stocked. Very comfortable. Construction across the street was a bit noisy and room floor and shower were not super clean. Only had 2 bath towels for 4 person reservation.

Overall the apartment was comfy, cosy and clean . Iโ€™m staying 5 nights , Only drawback is if staying longer , there were no housekeeping, yet the cleaning tool not being provided. Trash will only be clear on the day we check out. if needed, we can clear by ourself but trash bag never being provided and you have to purchase it.

The room was great! I loved how we could wash our clothes and cook food with the small, yet most accommodating kitchen! The only thing I would have to say is that the amenities could have been slightly better as there was less than half a bottle of detergent, hand soap and showering necessities. There was also limited amount of towels provided. If you wanted your room to be cleaned or other amenities, you would have to pay an extra fee. However, my friend and I only stayed 5 nights so we were fine. The hotel is right next to a much of conscience stores so anything you need is more than affordable. Working the air conditioner was a bit of a struggle, but communicating with staff via email was super easy and they responded very fast. I applaud them for such great communication. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here and it feels like being in my own apartment!

It was quite difficult finding this place as there are two buildings, and you wonโ€™t know until you get there fish email with address link, which the link didnโ€™t work on Naver (the Korean google)! So was very very confused and ended up at the other building which there was no one to help you. Itโ€™s all via chat, contactless to the max! Luckily, there was an extremely nice lady who helped us find the correct building and walked us through a few buildings to get there! She didnโ€™t even work for this hotel! Once we finally got in, our room was very small, like a cruise ship cabin. My sonโ€™s room however had two rooms on either side of the living/kitchen area, much larger. Location is good, close to the subways and eateries.

The hotel was very responsive to our needs and check in was excellent. The only issue we had is that they had two hotels close to one another and we initially went to the wrong one. 5 to 7 minute walk to Metro and an excellent grocery store within two minutes from front door. The bed was amazing and the towels luxurious. Top notch.

Check in assistance was confusing relying international travellers to have a Korean phone number. Breakfast was lame, very slim and very cold. Bed was nice Room was sufficent Hallways and lobby were hot and sticky No clear signage and help present at the property
