The hotel was perfect, it was not amenities that we are used to in the United States, but it was perfectly lovely and a great place to stay. They did not have smart TVs and you could not use your room charge at the restaurant, but wonderful location and everything else was wonderful.

Rooms are clean but on the basic side, AC was strong enough and staff were nice. The location is fantastic but because it is, it got very loud at night and there was construction around this time. If it wasn’t for the construction and noise I would probably give a 4. The missing star would be the size of the room and pillows were very flat.

This hotel has courteous English speaking receptionist. Cool lounge and a great breakfast buffet ( it is more like a brunch buffet with lots of food choices). Rooms are clean with all the amenities you need. And location is unbeatable. Also has a coffee shop on the second floor, Lotteria right next to it and a k-pop store on the first floor. I stayed there with my 15 year old daughter and we loved it. Highly recommend for parents with teens. The only drawback- the street noise can be loud at night so ask for the higher floor.
