Hotel is in a fantastic location, near public transportation with a very welcoming staff. Outward facing aspects, front, lobby, etc are nice, however our room was in need of obvious repair for which it is difficult to comprehend why it was not fixed. Room 2204 had the drywall separating in several places with significant number of seams coming apart. These were very noticeable and gave the appearance of a low rate hotel with a lack of concern for simple maintenance.

My room was clean, the staff were pleasant, the location was good and my stay was overall comfortable. I like that the limousine bus stop is right in front of the hotel. I was there for 8 nights so I thought I would at least get a room with a better view but they gave me a street view blocked by taller buildings so that was disappointing.

Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Cleaning staff also very friendly, efficient and accommodating! We loved our corner suite room - had a pretty decent view.
