The staff were so beyond kind and helpful - they also speak great english so fear not! Kiwa Hostel is a wonderful place to stay during your trip, especially as a solo traveler - i have met such wonderful people and built long time bonds and memories. 10/10 experience.

stayed here for a week in june and found it reasonably good value, albeit with some quite major cons. but first, the pros: • the location — honestly great, it's a 5 minutes' walk from coex/airport bus stop. the nearest train station is a little further away, maybe 10-15 minutes, but i didn't find it a hassle. there's a gs25 right around the corner and some nice diners. • the hostel is new and quite beautifully decorated. i found the capsule to be quite clean and conveniently outfitted, and wifi was great too. • staff were all friendly and helpful. cons: • i booked the capsule suite because i wanted the desk for work purposes. the fact that the rooms are inaccessible for "cleaning" from 11am-4pm is a pretty major con in my opinion, especially since there isn't even daily housekeeping. i don't see why i couldn't have stayed in there during the time. • there are only curtains, not doors, which means you can hear pretty much everything — luggage being zipped, the main door being opened etc. they do provide earplugs which i was very thankful for. • the fixtures in the showers weren't very good quality. a few times i entered and the tap handles were missing etc. think this needs major work. bath mats would be great as well. all in all, i think the hostel is a nice basic option for a night or two. but some improvements would elevate the experience significantly!

I had a wonderful day in Kiwa hostel. The room which I stayed in was very clean and organized. All the amenities were very good too. I had a little bit of difficulty when it comes to restroom because I had to go from fifth floor to sixth floor just to use the restroom in the middle of the night and during daily uses. But that’s OK plus the locker was very convenient. All in all, my stay.in Kiwa hostel was very good and close to Subway, which was very good as well

직원님들은 매우 친절했고 객실도 깨끗해서 만족했지만 ㅜㅜ 손님들이 화장실을 더럽게 쓰고 손님들이 수건 사용후 엉망으로 둬서 불쾌했어요. 직원님들은 전부 친절하고 좋았습니다.

강남에서 이 가격이 가능한가 싶을 정도로 가성비가 좋은 숙소입니다. 편리한 체크인/체크아웃 시스템, 어메니리도 다 구비되어 있고 새로 오픈해서 그런지 객실 및 시설도 깔끔하고 예뻐서 좋았어요. 잠만 딱 자고 나오기 아주 좋은 숙소라 다음에 또 강남 올 일 있을 때 재방문할 생각입니다. 강추입니다!
