ロビーの方も優しく、歯磨きなどのアメニティもロビーで渡してくれました。 部屋はすごく綺麗ってわけではないけど、何日か止まる分には問題ありません。 そして何より駅が近くてよかったです

値段が値段なのである程度覚悟はして行きましたが、 ベッドに髪の毛が普通に落ちてあるのが気持ち悪かったです。 コロコロ持参して大正解。 Wi-Fiはついてたはずですが、 チェックインの際に何も言わなかったので、 パスワードも分からず利用していません。 従業員の方がたまたま日本語が話せる方で少し安心しました。 駅近なのは良かったと思いますが、 次泊まるならばもうちょっと繁華街よりで泊まりたい。

やはり　建物の古いのと　書き込みどうり　掃除不十分。おどろいたのは　ポットにいつ使ったのか分からない水、半分あったので　使わなかった。ＨＰにバスタブ映っていたが　実際あるのは　ほとんどないと言っていた。まあ　使わない。

ホテルの場所は駅から近くてよかったのですが、ホテルの廊下は下水の匂いがすごく不快でした また部屋に入ったら冷蔵庫から水が漏れていて床がすごく濡れていました そして冷蔵庫に入っていたお水は賞味期限が切れていてシャワーの水圧はものすごく弱く洗うのが大変でした もう泊まりたくはありません

親子で利用しました。 スタッフの方は日本語ができ、丁寧で親切な対応をしていただけました。 部屋は照明が暗め。 シャワーの水圧は充分。 タオルが古い。 歯ブラシ無し。 駅に近く、食べる・買うに困りません。 値段が安い分、満足度は高かったです。

以前から何度か利用しているので、今回も。部屋は比較的ゆったりしている。ただ、11月は空調が切られていて、多少不快な気分。フロントは親切だが、旅行に関する質問は答えてくれない（空港のことなど）。調べもしてくれないので、当てにしない方が良い。

おすすめ☆

ホテルがある清涼里は深夜到着でも周辺に飲食店が多数あり、食事にも困らないのでソウルに来たときは利用してます。今回泊まったホテルは初めてでしたが、部屋も広くバスタブもあり、快適に過ごせました。

그냥 그런 모텔

모텔이었던 건물을 약간 레노베이션한 후 호텔로 개장한 것으로 보이나, 에어컨 고장나 있었고 생수는 둘 중 하나는 개봉된 상태로 들어있는 등 관리 상태가 좋지는 않았음. 다만 난방이 온돌이고 객실이 넓다는 점은 좋게 평가함.

可もなく不可もなくです。でも不満は全くありません。清涼里に近いのが便利でした。バスタブもあります。1Fにカフェがありますが、スウィーツのみなので朝食には不向きかもしれませんね。でも近くにスタバがありました。

清涼里駅近く！

メリットは清涼里駅が近いことくらい。平昌オリンピック観戦後、帰りの最終ＫＴＸの終点がソウル駅ではなく、清涼里駅だったので利用しました。他の方が書いてる通り、照明暗めです。清涼里駅にはロッテ百貨店、ロッテマート、セブンイレブン、スシロー、ココイチ、ＫＦＣなど便利です。

普通の格安ホテルです。

清涼里駅から６時台のKTXに乗るため、駅近（実際に改札口まで１０分かかりません）のKシティホテルを予約しました。 ごくごく普通の格安ホテルです。コンビニ（CU)も傍にあり、ちょっと歩くと清涼里うまいもん横丁でB級グルメを食べるもよし、フロントには日本語が堪能な普段着のおじさんが一人。チェックアウトが早いのでフロントのおじさんに言ったら２４時間対応してるから心配ご無用だって。 古いホテルだから部屋も広いし、寝るだけなら全然OKです。

객실 관리 매우 미흡

체크인 예정시간 세시간 이후 도착했음에도 불구하고 객실 준비가 되어 있지 않았으며, 당시 실외온도가 23-24도 정도였는데 입실시 실내 난방온도가 40도로 설정된 채 난방중이었음. 중앙난방식이기에 난방 중지를 요청하였으나, 즉시 조치가 이루어지지 않았으며, 에어컨의 성능도 약해 상당히 불편하였음. 식사 후 저녁 10시 넘어 도착한 객실 온도는 약 31도였고, 밤새 창문을 열고, 에어컨고 가동한 상태에서 취침. 당연히 다음날 컨디션은 엉망이었음.

You will have a clean room, but nothing else.

The place is qiite far from the city center. But it is very close to a subway station and transit center so getting around is not a problem if you are not in a rush. The whole place is basic. Your expectation for a clean room and bed is met, but that is it. It is best to bring your own toiletteries, unless you do not mind using soap bar and toothpaste already used by the previous guests. Towels and beddings are in old-to-fair condtion, but are clean and changed daily. The reception staff was not very helpful, but not rude either.

清涼里駅を主体にして動くには非常に好立地で宿泊料金もそこまで高くない。ただし、他の方も書いてある通り、ラブホテルを改装した作りで、部屋もその名残がある。気になる方は別にホテルの方がよいと思う。

價格吸引，設備一般，交通方便，沒有太高要求的話可以一試

交通方便，鄰近地鐵站及火車站。附近雖然有大型樂天商場但在街市附近環境一般。執拾房間服務十分馬虎，房間內也欠缺掛衣服的地方，不方便。房間內的燈光常常自動開關，引起不必要的恐慌！價格方面也算吸引，沒有特別要求的話可以一試。
