Pleasant first-time stay

We had a great time staying at JW Marriott Seoul. It was our first time there and it was a very pleasant stay. Their staff were helpful and accomodating. There was one particular employee that helped us in the subway station when we got lost and we are so grateful. He even told others to make sure we got to our rooms safely that night. Sorry we didn't get his name but we are thankful nonetheless. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seoul.

The scent of the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner was not appealing. Also, I think the 9th floor executive lounge should only have children over 12 years. Young children crying is not really an executive lounge for business traveling. Family lounge should be set aside on 2nd floor. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay and I would come back.

We stayed in the executive suite which was amazing. The people were kind and took great care of us. The major issue that we had was that we booked through Expedia. With this, nothing could be changed which I had a requirement to leave early for work. I was told by the hotel talk with Expedia and Expedia stated we cannot help.

Had an overnight stay. Got an upgrade but it was a 40 minute delay getting my room - I’m not sure if I prefer the upgrade and the delay, or if it were better to have had no upgrade and to have been given our room on time. But everything else was perfect. Great facilities

Great luxurious hotel to stay in Seoul

Fantastic location just next to the Shinaegae Department Store and directly connected to the subway station. We have booked a “Large Suite” and it was indeed large with awesome decor and Korean touches, super comfy bedding and modern luxurious bathroom including a large bathtub and additional rain shower with superb water pressure. The living room was also very large with a typically Nespresso Coffee Machine. Our room had access to the Executive Lounge which is located on Level 9, quick and reliable check-in/out procedures, fluent English speaking team members, and yes - the food and beverages offered there were the nicest I have ever experienced at a so-called Executive Lounge/Club Lounge. Would love to stay again!
