The staff were exceptionally helpful, from their general professionalism and courteousness to helping us find amazing local places to eat. And I also need to mention how clean our rooms were every single day, the housekeeping staff thoroughly cleaned and supplied the room perfectly, I think the hotel itself, the physical aspects are fine, but what makes the property special are the well trained and professional and friendly staff.

The hotel was very clean and beautiful. The staff was friendly and greeted us everytime we left and arrived at the hotel. We had the breakfast buffet twice. Although it was pricey, the food was delicious and had plenty of options. The dining options around the hotel qere plentiful as well. Our room had a beautiful view of the Dongdaemun Gate.
